Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Seminole

I had a horrible experience attempting to pickup a pizza that I ordered online at 9:47pm (Google says open till midnight) the apl didn't warn me that pickup was cut off at 10pm so when I arrive to pickup my pizza at 10pm the staff ignored me standing at the door for sum 5 minutes, walking past me even after I waved to them. I could hear them talking about me standing outside the one says "Well I'm not going to get the door - I don't know him!" I held up my phone with the order on the screen, Finally an employee comes to see what I want, he tells me I can't have my pizza tonight because I forgot to bring the coupon and the lobby closes at 10pm.. But I could have my pizza TOMORROW. Well, I left hungry and rather pissed off. I stupidly ordered a pizza the next night, took a bite and spit it right out - my pizza was raw, uncooked dough!! Never again dominoes! I used to be a regular customer but this location is absolutely garbage! Send your staff back...

I called Domino’s Pizza on Seminole blvd. In Seminole Florida & spoke to a man named Kyle who said he was the manager on duty. I explained the last 2 times we ordered a pizza they both were terrible! The first one wasn’t even cooked all the way through we had to the throw it away. It was a $25.00 pizza plus we gave the driver a $10 tip. The second pizza we ordered another time was a thin crust with 4 toppings & it didn’t have hardly any items on it & the crust was over-cooked. Another $35!! I told Kyle we have ordered several pizzas from their store before & had good pizza but the last 2 times were awful! I asked how Are you going to accommodate us this time he said make it right. I said that’s it?Kyle said if I ordered right now I would get a credit next time. Wow!!! I said no there won’t be a next time & Kyle hung up on me!! Terrible customer service, I walked in to this domino pizza 7/21/13 @7:30 pm to ask for their phone number to place an order later. When I walked in this red faced chubby guy with glasses was making a pizza and yells just a minute sir. I only needed a short question answered so I said quote"Could you......he yells" I SAID JUST A MINUTE SIR ! Well that was interesting and very rude, especially to a customer, so I turned around and left, now I won't order any of their pizza the whole 2 weeks I will be here on vacation and with 6 kids we eat alot of pizza on vacation. I figure a guy like that that cannot conduct himself as a professional due to stress or high sugar levels or whatever his problem was, shouldn't be working there. Oh by the way Papa Johns across the street was great and very pleasant also they have a special going on, 2 large pizzas with up to 7 toppings for $22.00 what a deal.
