RedDog Coffee — Restaurant in Sequim

This is a unique coffee store in Sequim. The coffee is decent, but the lines are some kind of fad. I believe its location combined with a drive-thru with a patio platform that creates a magnetism to this place. The amount of traffic here causes customer service to lack a bit if your drink isn't exactly perfect. Just make sure your drink is right before you leave that window, otherwise you'll be fighting 20 other people for their drinks to get yours corrected. I didn't exactly feel special coming to this place even though it appears special to the location and the people that like to go there. I gave it 3 stars because of the way I felt when I was there, but could be five stars if they slowed it down just a tad bit and gave people a little better service. I walked up to the window thinking I would avoid a line, but even two ladies that were making drinks I seemingly fell behind the car is even though I was sitting there standing there by the window. I don't think I'll walk up to the window from the patio side ever again. In fact there is other great coffee in town it doesn't create this kind of a challenge for a place to get a cup of coffee. I'm giving 1 star because customer service is huge to me. Yes, my coffee was good but the girl that took my order was a total brat! I asked for a mocha made with chocolate milk instead of white milk and her response was "Um, no. We don't have chocolate milk. You can have regular milk with Hershey's syrup, which is the exact same thing as chocolate milk." Umm.. no.. actually it's not "the exact same thing"! I know the difference, and Hershey's tastes like crap. I then decided I didn't want that since I don't like the way they make it, and I ordered something completely different and she rolled her eyes at me!! I want to give no stars due to her horrible attitude. The owner came out and was super nice to us but if she doesn't already know how snotty her worker is, then she needs to know.. whoever was working on 10/01/15 at about 10:45-11:00ish am... needs an attitude adjustment! I wouldn't want someone with such horrible customer service...

Stopped here Sunday on our way into town close to closing time. Girl that ran to our car was very friendly and took our order then ran back with an iPad to verify our order. Once we got to the window we got our first drink which was a bright pink spritzer I always order the same drink and it's always a very orange color I politely asked her what it was and she said it was what I ordered. It definitely was not! The 2nd drink had curdled cream that tasted bad and had gone sour! The third drink was the wrong size mind you the girl took our order twice!!!! When I mentioned we had asked for a different size I got a snotty remark from someone in the back and a blank stare by the girl at the window followed by them just walking away.
