NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY Stopped in yesterday and ordered 3 jamocha shakes and a chocolate shake. Ordered one of the jamocha shakes with extra syrup. Not a hard order and should not have been wrong. When I got to the pick up window in the drive thru. I asked which one was with extra syrup/jamocha. I was told they can't do that as the syrup is measure out. When I asked the guy at the window which was jamocha and which was the chocolate I was told I don't k is I didn't make them. REALLY I have been going to Arby's for this shake for EVER and I even managed an Arby's years ago. I guess because this is a new store the employees have not been trained on how to do a special order. Management needs to do some additional training. Oh and if the syrup is measured out then you put the amount of syrup for a large into a medium order. There training complete now all management has to do is post this review in their training manual so everyone knows how to do it. Oh you can also do this for other flavor shakes. Let me know if I can help train more of your employees on other issues. You should really have some customer service and attitude training as well. Read moreToday I went into this location on Parkway in Sevierville, I was very disappointed with my experience ,for the past several weeks the drive thru was my only option as the sign said not enough staff to open dining room,I was pleasantly surprised to see it was finally opened and thought I'd go in and place my order ,was in a hurry and on my lunch break from work ,placed the order and a young man behind the counter stated "Its Here !" Rudely to the other co worker as if he was annoyed that I didn't use the drive thru and points and slings it at her and towards me,she kindly handed it to me with a smile,I don't know who he was angry at but he should not be takin it out on customers or co workers and if u hate ur job so much then just quit ,I thought everyone should know how ur greeted when u go inside and that management might see this and take some action ,I go there often but after this experience I will think twice before heading...

We got there at 8:01 pm and the condiment stand was nasty , they didn’t have any pita bread for the gyros, they didn’t have any cookies at all so my husband changed his order to a French dip they heated the meat in the microwave. I ordered ribeye steak sandwich it was completely nasty and had been sitting all day long as I am a cook as my former job and the meat was crusty on the outside of the meat and nasty 🤮 we paid 23.33 for slop!! This place needs shut down and they need to hang the sanitation grade where it can be seen by the customers!
