Subway — Restaurant in Sevierville

Hi , I have visited this store today . My experience is very very bad. Staff is not at all Friendly, very rude behavior by . Very bad service , I have ordered a Oven Roasted Chicken Sub foot long. The bread is not baked very well. It was very Raw. The veggies which used in the Sub are very very less and the person who made me the Sub , she is throwing the Veggies in the Sub the Quantity of veggies are very less compared to other Subway Stores. When I have told that bread which was served to me is not baked well. The manager reply has shocked me that Bread was Fresh . They have refused to make the new Sub for me. I was forced to eat that sub that was not made well. I have been eating the subway Sub's from past 10 years , after having the Sub today I need to tell everyone that not to visit this Subway Store as the staff are very rude , and to save some money make uncooked Breads which are used to make Sub's. If manager is seeing this Review then please try to improve in making the Sub, and always listen to Customers Feedback and work on the Improvements. 3 points out of 10. Stopped at this Subway around 4pm on a Saturday afternoon. The employee was not in the front of the store; we rung a bell to get her attention. She came out, right away. Perhaps she was prepping, because the food bar had empty container spots. Anyway, I ordered a Club sandwich. She had to go back through the door she came out of when we rang the bell, and came back with the cheese I wanted. Things went well until we got to the lettuce. It was brown and gross. My husband ordered the "Monster" sandwich. She had to get out a card that showed how to make it. The sandwiches were fine, but we won't return. Just ok food and service is not what I'm looking to spend hard...

So I usually love this subway just as much as any but today I was stuck at work so I ordered online and had a buddy pick it up for me..... Well he gets here with my food it wasn't the right bread I paid for added bacon and there wasn't any and I also had put "less" on the mayo and ranch and it was way over done like who ever made my order did not read the order other thank it was a sweet onion teriyaki I also didn't ask for spinach and got that even tho I paid extra for guacamole I also didn't get that either I'm highly upset because I am a regular customer and have been for about 7 years not who ever was working today had no care in...
