Really great food! Super clean restrooms!

We stopped here for lunch today. The order taker had a smile and was super welcoming and pleasant. She looked like she liked her job. There was a lady in the dining room cleaning off the tables as well who also was friendly. She took great pride in making sure the dining area was well kept , the tables and chairs were ready for the next guests. All of the people who worked here seemed to really like what they did.

The menu had alot to choose from and was the normal bbq things. We had the chicken sandwich, brisket sandwich, fries, pork dinner with potato salad and green beans and a kids ham sandwich. Every one of those items were flavorful and great! The prices are what you would expect for the quality and quantity of the food given. The food came out quickly from when it was ordered and it was hot, but not scalding to where you had to let it cool down or it would burn your mouth.

The dreaded bathroom trip with a little girl was suprisingly not disgusting like most resturants. The bathroom was very well kept and clean! The floor was clean, the toilets werent gross, the smell wasnt awlful. The toilets are automatically flushed, the sink has an automatic faucet and the automatic Dyson air dryer actually dries your hands so you dont have to have the paper towel waste and mess. You dont have to touch the gross door handle leaving either because there is a ledge at the bottom of the door to open it with your foot! Maybe whoever came up with the clean bathroom plan should become a contractor or a mentor so other resturants have the same standards.

Overall, if we are ever in the area again, we will be back to eat great food, take a break and enjoy...

Their dry rubbed ribs and dry rubbed wings were delicious! Juicy and flavorful, even without sauce (but there are sauces available for you to use). We went on a Saturday, which was also their all-you-can-eat rib day - and it did not disappoint! During our meal, servers visited the tables and offered fresh hush puppies or rib refills, so we didn't even have to get up to get more! As for sides, we opted for the green beans, which were good as well. My husband and I both follow a keto eating plan, so we were very pleased with what they had to offer meat-wise, although we often find that sides can be a challenge with many restaurants (the green beans were our only option in this case).

It's not a very large place, so it was a little crowded during our visit - but the rib feature was really bringing in the customers. The decor was simple and wood-centeted, which fit well for a BBQ place. There were both tables and booths available. The dining area was clean, and there was one person that was constantly cleaning and wiping tables to keep up with the constant rotation of patrons.

The staff was extremely friendly and seemed to be working very efficiently to process orders and to stop by tables to see if you needed anything.

We will visit here again. The building is located just on the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge, so the traffic was not a problem. There is ample parking, and we still found a spot even though the inside was packed. There are also some nearby shops in a strip next door, just in case you need to walk off your meal before...

Coming from Florida on a road trip, we wanted to stop to get a quick bite to eat. We were looking for something quick and yummy. Being Floridians, we know what some good BBQ tastes like. The minute we walked in, we could smell how good the food was here. The staff at the counter was very friendly and patient while we looked over the menu. For only $4.48, I HAD to order a classic pulled pork sandwich. In comparison to my local BBQ spot, these prices were amazing for the food portion! A pulled pork dinner here was only $7.50 when my local BBQ shop charges $10.99 for the same thing with NO sides either! After ordering, we got our food in less than 4 minutes! The food itself was definitely tasty and the accompanying sauces were also flavorful. Halfway through our meal, an employee came out to ask how our food was and if we wanted something more! Incredible hospitality and service by a small chain. When we had finished our meal, the manager came out to ask how everything was and shortly after, the same employee from before asked to pick up our trays and she was incredibly sweet.
