The H.U.T. — Restaurant in Sevierville

Absolutely terrible experience at The H.U.T. It took 20 minutes just to get a drink, and closing the tab took just as long. The woman with black hair behind the bar was rude, sloppy, and honestly seemed drunk. Watching her try to do her job was like watching a monkey try to fix a rocket — total chaos and zero clue what was going on. The whole staff looked lost. Won’t ever be back, and I’d strongly recommend others avoid it too.

As if the slow, chaotic service wasn’t enough, the moment we walked into The H.U.T., we were immediately “warned” about our behavior — before we even ordered a drink. All we did was stand quietly on the side of the bar, completely normal. Then the bartender mentions that the cops were there…? The bartenders that were there the night a few friends and I went was very rude and nasty to us. Which that's bad for business and I don't think we will be back definitely not impressed at all nor will i be recommending this place to anyone i know. This place is more of a place for the younger crowd. It took 30 mins to get the bartender's attention and they weren't even busy. Seem like they picked and choose whom they wanted to wait on. The one girl she had short brown hair with tattoos was very rude and nasty when i finally was able to get her attention. Kinda made my friends and i feel like we were bothering her to place an order. She wasn't even busy she was just walking around or standing around. Definitely wish would had been a better experience but this is one place I won't be...

Was in pigeon forge and gatlinburg for vacation with friends and we decided to stop in this bar . Was the worst experience ever and the bartender was horrible . Ordered 2 nachos that were the wrong ones and the bartender didn’t fix the issue just got mad and stormed off . Bartender was only helping people that were regulars also allowing people to go behind bar . Everyone in the bar was basically staring at me and my friends like we weren’t allowed in and making comments toward us my wife also felt uncomfortable because she was inappropriately touched by a male in the bar and nothing was done. This place is a disgrace to the smoky mountains. IF YOUR NOT A REGULAR I WOULDNT GO HERE THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE GARBAGE. I will never be back to this place again ever...
