This store is just pathetic for a number of reasons. For starters the employees lack in customer service. When I entered the store I was not greeted, after 5 minutes when I was addressed I let them know the reason for my visit but that I was not in a rush. Ricky T was the first person we worked with in the store and he proceeded to attempt to help us while also helping another customer. I reassured we were not in a hurry and wanted to make sure what we needed was done accurately. We were buying me an iPad for my birthday and had a down payment to make the monthly payment cheaper. When we explained that to him he informed us people did it all the time and it was no big deal. He started set up on the other customers phone and then came over to ring us up. It all seemed fine but we didnāt get any paper copies of our recipes but we were told it was good we could go, so we left. When we got home and got our receipt we noticed the down payment was not applied correctly, I contacted customer service and was told it was an in store issue and I needed to go back to the store. So the next day I went back and spoke to the manger Thomas, who after verifying my account told me it was a simple fix with a phone call and he could handle it, if I needed to leave. I stayed a little while longer but had to leave due to needing to pick my kids up and the store bring over an hour away. I did not hear back from Thomas until I called him and he explained how he planned to correct the problem before the bill ran. I contacted him 4 more times and was given the same story. The bill has now ran and when I call I get the ring around with no call back. I am annoyed and when I contacted liability she told me they could not help but to raise awareness of how wrongly this store has treated us because she reported they were just putting me off until the return date had passed and the store could say they are unable to help. There was some miss information or communication ( or someone was straight up dishonest) from the staff at the store on what exactly the added cost was going to be. I received and email showing the added cost and it was not alined with what my user was told. The user called the store only to have the staff double down on their initial added cost and to say that I didn't know what the bill was going to be. I received an email from ATT showing me what the bill was going to be. Very unhappy, I called the store. There wasn't anything they could do to stop the upgrade because they couldn't scan my license because I was out of town. I did tell the staff that they probably misled on purpose , which they didn't appreciate, the only thing that he was able to apparently do was to tell me that he could end the call. I didn't really need help with that, I could do that myself. I called customer service and since the phone was shipped they couldn't stop it from their end. The phone is being shipped to the store. I was told to go to the store when it arrives and cancel it then. That sounds like a plan to me.

We were told we couldnāt switch because we were financing our phones from Apple and we would have to go to the Apple store to switch. The blonde girl working didnāt even look at our phones to see they are in fact unlocked (the whole reason we bought the phones from Apple directly), she didnāt do anything but talk in circles saying Apple would have to get us a plan on AT&T. Seeing as how this made absolutely no sense at all, we walked out and immediately called another AT&T store to ask their opinion and they stated she was incorrect and to come to their location and they would be happy to take care of us. I then called Apple just to reassure myself that our phones are unlocked and able to transfer to any carrier we want and they confirmed they are unlocked. So we just went to a Knoxville location on Washington Pike to switch and had absolutely no problems at all. Weāre not sure if the blonde lady at the Sevierville location just didnāt want to deal with us or just didnāt know the correct answer. Either way, we will not go back to this location even though itās closer to our house. Horrible customer service and obvious lack of training.
