Wish I could give lower than one star!!!! Worst Little Ceasers ever!!!! Walked in and asked if they had any crazy bread ready. The girl at the register went over and looked then came back and said "Yes we have some ready." I ordered 1 crazy bread with marinara to go. She took my money, gave me my change and walked away from the counter. I waited thinking she was getting my order, but no she disappeared into the back where she proceeded to stand with 4 others laughing and talking. There were several people waiting to order but everybody in the back seemed to care less. Finally someone called out to them and I saw the girl roll her eyes and come back to the front. The person at the register told her they wanted to place an order. She told them she had "a BUNCH of orders backed up so she couldn't take anymore orders till these are done." She started to walk off and I asked her about my order and she said it would be about 30 minutes. I said I thought she had told me they had some ready and she said "Nope." I told her I wanted my money back and she went to the back and got a "manager". She told him I wanted my money back and he asked why. I told him that the girl told me they had crazy bread ready before I ordered and now she was telling me 30 minutes. He was VERY rude and hateful. He gave me money and I asked if he was the manager, his name was Zack I think. He told me it was none of my business if he was a manager and since I had my money I needed to leave. A man in line overhead this and walked out the door as I was leaving. He asked me if this place was like this all of the time. I told him the last two times I've been here they were and this will be my last time!!!! The Little Ceasers in Seymour is WAY better and have great staff that are always friendly & they actually have items ready if they tell you that they do!!! Read moreToday is July the 6th and we ate around 5:15pm. My boyfriend and I went to this Little Caesars with some friends after a day at the water park. We ordered through the app. We ordered the extra most bestest pepperoni and a 2-Liter of Pepsi. We picked up the pizza and sat down at the tables to eat it. There was barely any cheese on it. Yes they had the extra pepperoni but not the extra cheese. If we wanted skimpy cheese we would have ordered the regular five dollar pizza. We pay the extra price for a reason. My boyfriend went up to the counter to tel them about it. They argued with him saying they do not use more cheese than that. So he showed them a picture of it and the manager walks up at this point. She was a middle aged blonde/grey headed woman. She very rudely said to my boyfriend, “what do you want? Another pizza?” And now I’ve worked retail and restaurants for the past 15 years. And I have never once spoken with that much attitude and condescending voice to a customer. What is the number one thing you are supposed to do when working in this line of work? Make the customer happy. Literally all she had to do was say sorry about that let me get you a fresh pizza. So instead of giving a $6 pizza and making a customer satisfied with their experience, she wants to try to belittle someone and make them feel dumb for something they paid for. Read moreI tried to order plain cheese stuffed crust pizza last week but the store was out of the cheese for the stuffed crust, so i ordered plain cheese and was told that i could order the stuffed crust next time for the reduced price as they were out that day. Yesterday (July 21st) I called and informed Angel of the same and ordered a stuffed crust with onions and green peppers. She said she would honor the lower price but then charged me the menu price. I took the pizza home and it had one tablespoon of sauce on the whole pizza. I called today (July 22nd) and spoke to Michelle who was very curt and not at all polite. She informed me that she would write my name in the book and that I need the paper receipt to get a replacement, Who keeps the Paper Receipt but I had a picture of the Paper Receipt and She won't even accept the Paper Receipt, Luckily I had one but if you want to have the money refund or replacements I suggest that you keep the Paper Receipt because if you don't they won't honor it, She also suggested I tell them heavy sauce the next time I order. This was not my first time ordering pizza so there was no need to be snarky and sarcastic about it.
