My dad and I were driving through and stumbled upon this gem. They are new and clearly have put their hearts and souls into making this place nice. The food was authentic and delicious, and the staff were so kind. Our server, Neelam, was very patient with us and made good recommendations on the menu. The korma with paneer and veggies is to die for! I got it spicy, and it had me sweating. They got me a mango lassi to cut the heat. If you’re looking for flavorful food and good vibes, it’s a great spot to stop as you’re passing through I-40. I hope they continue to grow...

Visiting Shamrock TX from England , which I do twice a year , this September I heard that this new Indian Restaurant had opened up . Well , what a gem ! The food was of a very high standard & great quality and so was the service. With coming from England where there is a lot Indian Restaurants and I eat that cuisine on a regular basis , I would say that I’m qualified to say how superior the food is at Indian Fusion compared to a lot of the Indian Restaurants round where I live.
