Taco Bell — Restaurant in Shamrock

I went there recently with my family and ordered for all three of us. We received two out of three orders, but they forgot my order. I asked for a number 8 with a side of 12 cinabons, and they forgot them. They didn’t give me a receipt either, so when I went in and told them, they threw tantrums asking about the receipt and even walked out. One girl went out to smoke and came back in to work on the food without even washing her hands!! I saw them slamming my food around while preparing it. Also, when I received my food, my taco shells were extremely stale and basically cold, and do not even get me started on the drinks. My drink tasted funky, like the machine was out of soda, and my mother's drink was the same exact way. I kept getting dirty...

If I could give it a zero I would because it was that bad! First off, the place was filthy and infested with small beatle bugs...there were literally dozens floating in the drink tray of the soda dispensers and hundreds more crawling on he floor....I can only imagine what the kitchen looked like 😫 They messed up my order, and gave me a beef quesarito instead of steak, it was so thrown together I could hardly pick it up. The lady at the cash register wasn't helpful and very unfriendly to myself and other customers. I only ever leave reviews on restaurant websites if it's positive, but this place is terrible and I have to say something and warn others to please not go there! Don't waste your money, by far the worst Taco Bell I have...

I stopped by the Taco Bell in Shamrock, TX around 10 PM expecting a quick bite before hitting the road, but instead, I got one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had. Sheena was absolutely incredible! Even that late at night, she greeted us with genuine warmth, made sure our order was perfectly fresh, and went above and beyond to make everything right. You could tell she truly cared about her job and the people she served. In a world where great customer service is rare, Sheena really stood out.
