Skyline Chili — Restaurant in Sharonville

Horrid. Sunday night, do not...repeat do not...eat here. Served by a zombie girl who literally was high or asleep. Asked for our order, we could not hear her, she'd not given us menus. Served cold noodles/chili. The water and onions and crackers were great. Manager/cook/drive-thru guy did everything, even argued that our food was not cold. Said he'd make it again. We figure he got it wrong once, so we'd take it home and zap in the microwave. Pro tip: don't argue the food is acceptable if the patrons are telling you it's cold. It was cold. There is always some cleaning, sorting, iced-tea making, something or other going on at the counter on Sunday night, so avoid. Monday thru Friday lunch seems to be when they are on point. Oh, and the guy who blamed out of the kitchen with two tubs yelling, "YOU GUYS WERENT SUPPOSED TO USE THESE" did not instill confidence. Man, you guys are truly the most awful I've been to in awhile. Too bad the Tri-county location is closed for remodeling. next closest places for chili are route 4 and Glendale...

We visited the location on Sharon Road in Sharonville Ohio. This was the worst experience we have ever had. The restaurant was disgusting. It smelled like moldy mildew, and they had half of the restaurant closed for cleaning but it looked clean. The half of the restaurant that we could sit in all of the tables had not looked cleaned in a while. It looked a mess.

It took a few minutes before we were greeted, and when they were it was with an attitude. We were asked what we wanted to eat when we sat down, and the lady who waited on us, messed up our order because she kept interrupting us while we were ordering. They messed up numerous orders while we were there. 3 drive through orders came back inside to correct orders while we were eating. It wasnt until the end of the order that she aked if we wanted refills and it seemed like it was an inconveniece.

This shows you what time I called I showed up at three minutes after through the drive-through they had already thrown away apparently all the buns it doesn't make sense that I asked for a jumbo five way they thought that they only had the residuals of something 10 minutes made before these people don't get it. I called you two minutes before your time. Apparently you guys are in music songs movies or whatever give me a break you threw away the hotdog buns. You charge me for a whole hotdog. It was a very confusing time. They were trying to appease me and take care of me, but they're actually throwing away the food before this place is closed. This makes no sense.
