So I did not do my due diligence before booking and read reviews as I normally do. I checked in by a distracted but pleasant front desk employee who I found out later on was the manager. My request of a quiet room not near an elevator was met I was there on business and would be sleeping days and working nights. The first room I was given had such strong pet odors my throat began to close up and my eyes and nose began to run. You could tell a let had been in the room besides the smell as the “baseboard” and carpet had been destroyed. The pillows had what appeared to be coffee stains. The room had no soap and there was 1 towel. The tables were dusty. Phone in the room does not work. Go downstairs and request a different room. Again, my request for a quiet room was met. This room was dirty but didn’t smell like pet. The mirrors were streaky, the tables were dusty, 1 towels again, but we had soap. I checked the sheets, pulled back the covers and there was a sock, pulled them back a bit more and there was a pair of matching socks. This bed had been used by another guest and the sheets hadn’t been changed. By this point, I’m more than frustrated. The phone didn’t work, I fact it had no cord. Normally at this point, I would have left the facility but I was desperate for some sleep as I was traveling for work and working a night shift in 3ish hours. I went back downstairs and another employee apologized. The manager was gone at this point on his dinner break. The employee said he’d get me another room. I asked him to check it with me before hand as I wasn’t going to keep moving my stuff. He gave me a 2 room suite in a middle of the hall. The living area smelled like weed. The sheets appeared to be clean. The surfaces were again very dusty. Plastic spoon in the fridge. Room phone didn’t work. No soap. 2 towels this time. The glass and windows were streaky. The floors needed vacuumed I agreed to the room out of desperation for sleep. I sanitized all surfaces I would be using and utilized the room for 2.5 nights until the sink clogged. I literally used the sink to wash my hands and brush my teeth. At this point, I just packed my stuff up and left early. They did not charge me the night I did not stay. This place is a deferred maintenance nightmare and the cleaning crew clearly does not exist. The halls smell musty and like weed. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache. Do not stay here.

Needs help. When paying upwards of 350 dollars for 2 nights I expect more than what this location had to offer. Upon check in the desk agent had a attitude about like a goat. Room was covered in mold all the way down to ice bucket. Rooms were rode hard and put up wet. Dirty shower, moldy air conditioner, that didn't even work. Walls with holes, all furniture was torn up. Ice machine was not functioning. Pool closed at 8 which is crazy. Holes in the curtains, window opened way to far for having children in a room at the 7th floor. Mattress protectors were pretty much non existant. Breakfast was all microwaved, but had lots of options. The check out desk agent was very nice and upbeat. I expect getting this type of room when paying around 60 to 80 a night. Update: we unfortunately left a cell.phone in our room and didn't find out until we arrived home 5 hours away. I am gaining 1 star under service for this location due to the professionalism this location had with a left behind item. A family member successfully was able to pick up our left item and overnight to us. When speaking with the desk agent they had informed me they seen this review and was requesting to refund some money due to all the issues. I called 2 days later to see the decision that was made and the agent had no idea. I requested the GM call me when he or she is a avaliable. More updates to come to this review to see if this is handled correctly and quickly. Additionally my $50 deposit is yet to be returned. Update: 10.4.23 Still has all our money and nor returned the 50 deposit when the room was left IN BETTER condition than when we left. The general manager REFUSES to return or take calls at all costs. We did leave a phone and they said they found it when we got the phone via mail IT WAS THE WRONG PHONE! WILL A MANAGER THAT CAN ACTUALLY TALK TO ME PLEASE CALL IVE LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES AT THE DESK WITH MY NUMBER AND YOU GOT MY NUMBER AT CHECKIN. if not ohio health department here I come. Update 11.16.23 Still no call from upper management. After my last update the hold was released on my card but no contact what so ever.

I read many reviews before i stayed here and thought it looked ok....If I could give negative stars I would! Parking lot was filled with cigarette butt's. Elevator and hall were both dirty. As soon as I opened my room door it smelled like fresh onions and smoke, the furniture and I mean ALL of the furniture looked like it was used as a napkin after people ate. It was so disgusting. The floor wasn't Swept or mopped the walls were all filthy. The bathroom had a filthy tub, toilet and sink furniture filled with dust. Broken phone, no internet. The gym had half working equipment. No towels to wipe your sweat or cleaner for equipment, no cups for water dispenser. The handles on the free weights were black filthy i wouldnt even pick them up!! Pool was worse. Beer caps, many clumps of hair and crumbs of food around perimeter of pool. Reported the pool, room smell and gym to staff upon first few hrs our arrival. I asked to speak with manager and they said we will tell her tomorrow...then the next day I reported the phone and internet, they said ok... no one came and addressed the issues, no one said sorry, no one tried to change or improve anything. DONT STAY HERE, it's horrible.. they take no pride in this property or customer service here. Also in the hotels review sent via email they ask of you want to review on google..when you click yes, it forwards you to a broken link... Adding a final comment to this review..gotta love the auto reply to all the negative reviews posted.. love how unpersonal and insincere the auto apology is to all of these. DO BETTER!

So, I have mixed feelings about this review. The staff are amazing, the manager not so much. The front desk personnel did an amazing job managing the fact that they had no hot water for 2.5 days during my recent stay. 1 of those days we couldn't flush the toilet for most of the day. We received no communication and only knew when looking out the widow to see a Plummer truck parked at the front door. The manager kept trying to fix the hot water heater on the roof instead of calling in a professional to do the job. Strange but not my business, especially as not having hot water is a BIG deal. I had to shower at a friend's hotel because they (hotel staff) begged us not to leave as they would fix it, silly us believed them and we were offered a full refund if it was not fixed by the 2nd day and guess what Aaron the manager decided 50% was enough for NO hot water in winter for 2.5 days. Please make it make sense. They weren't able to provide the basics.

Again, clean facility except a few things the gym had water damage, and broken ceiling with debris on the floor and the pool was closed due to some danger sign posted on the door (photo to be uploaded). The entire staff was amazing EXCEPT Aaron, and the manager didn't find him helpful 🙄 at all.

For the females out there, image it's that time of the month, and you can't have a proper shower, would 50% off be okay or appropriate.

I called several times to speak with Aaron to confirm the refund was being processed when he finally decided to pick up my call he told me no one said anything about a refund. This is truly unfortunate as I don't want to get anyone fired, but I also have a witness to this conversation, and I would ask the video to be pulled at the front desk. I can give the exact time of this conversation as I was on video call at the time.

I had the opportunity to leave this hotel but was discouraged to do so with the promise of it being fixed or refunded. Overall, if they fix there plumbing issues it's not a bad hotel to stay but they need to work on fixing their phone as many rooms were not working 😕, we booked a large group everyone left but us and yes I truly regret that decision now I like to give people and businesses the benefit of the doubt never again.

Reading other reviews this hot water issues was noted a month ago and so was the pool issue. So none of this is new to Aaron and clearly nothing is being done about it. Wyndham may want to reconsider the standards of their hotel chains as this one is giving...

DO NOT COME HERE. This is by far one of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had a hotel stay. I’m here for a business trip, so long meetings all day. When I originally booked this hotel, there was pictures of a hot tub, that is why I went with this hotel is because the hot tub and the pool, after a long day of meetings, I would like to come back & relax. On my first night staying here, I’d come to find out that the hot tub has been concreted over. So no hot tub. So I decide to get in the pool, Come to find out the pool heater is broken, so the pool is absolutely freezing, Probably sitting at 35 to 40°F. So you cannot swim in that. that completely ruined my night, I went back to my room, where I decided to just go to bed because at this point, I’m irritated. Fast-forward to the next day. I’ve just had an extremely long day of meetings, and have been sitting for the majority part of the day, so I wanted to go downstairs and use the gym equipment. Come to find out none of the gym equipment works. NONE. When I confronted the front desk about this, they told me they knew it didn’t. That right there completely blew my mind, I booked this hotel for its amenities. That I was never able to use because NONE of them work. Complete waste of my money, and added more stress to my day-to-day than probably any other hotel experience would have done. Now mind you, the front desk can do nothing to accommodate their failure in this, I am supposed to check out tomorrow at 11 AM, and then give the hotel a call on Monday morning so I can try and get a hold of the manager, if he’s even here. I have a full day of work Monday, So at some point, I’m gonna have to take time out of my morning to call this crappy hotel and try and get some of my money back, Considering everything is advertised, like a facility, a working pool, even a hot tub. None of which was able to be used. Let’s not forget the stong smell of marijuana and cigarettes in the hallways. Let’s not forget the roaches in the hallways. Let’s not forget this disgusting furniture, and the FILTHY rooms. One star is way more than this place deserves. Do not waste your money here, I will be getting a hold of...
