Starbucks — Restaurant in Sharonville

This location has gone downhill over the course of the past few months. I don't know if there's new management or just all new staff, but my order is rarely right. I order the same drink every single day thru the app & every single day I have to wait at the counter and ask for it to be corrected. The baristas refuse to measure ingredients, which always leaves me with a horribly mixed Pink Drink. My drink is made of TWO ingredients- I don't even get ice or strawberry inclusions.. I don't understand why this is an issue. This morning I asked for more coconut milk to be added and the barista (likely new) didn't respond, just poured a bunch in, sat my cup back down and walked away. Not only do the drinks suck, the customer service does too, now.

I'll be making it a point to leave earlier in the morning and visit the store closer to my home before work. Customers should be able to go to any Starbucks in the world and receive the same order no matter where they are.

Edit to add that since my review, the team inside this Starbucks has made my drink correctly each and every time. I am a creature of habit, (almost to a fault lol) and the perfect Starbucks order really helps my long days at the office flow more smoothly....

I ordered on the app ahead of time cuz I have Starbucks rewards and I've ordered probably at five different Starbucks in the past week LOL yes I may have a little problem anyway by far the best Starbucks I've had yet! Not only were they very friendly at the drive-thru Big Bright Smiles and they already had my order ready when I came through the drive-thru to pick it up but the picture will sum up how's tasty my iced caramel macchiato custom made my way and it was made perfect with extra caramel drizzle no other Starbucks does it the right way. Definitely worth making the trip here even if it's a little bit extra far cuz I live right next door to a Starbucks and they aren't very good. Oh yeah I have a little addiction to their chocolate croissants too a big addiction. These were warm and delicious....

first i ordered 2 drinks 2 cookies and the first drink they gave me 2 separate drinks that’s was supposed to be combined. and i had to ask for a cup so I could mix them my self. 2nd we wait 30 minutes for the 2nd drink i ordered. keep in mind we were there before other people and those other people were getting there drinks before me. lastly the old lady at the register told us they were low on stock and basically they had nothing you could say. and i asked about the snowman cookies and she told us they had enough so i order those 2 cookies and after my second drink was made i told them i also ordered 2 cookies and they said they only had 1. like what ? i’m...
