Burger King — Restaurant in Sharonville

I must say, this place has turned from a 2 to a 4 based on one particular employee. The guy who worked the counter - Bryce was on his name tag - was friendly, kind to my kids, quick working, and has made sure that he gets my orders right, every time I have been there in the past several months. Fries are hot and fresh, food is prepared correctly, and he's a welcoming presence. Even accommodated me when I forgot to ask for cheese in my first order, knowing it was for the kids.

This place has really turned around here. Whether management changed or just one person decided to do right by us, the change is so noticeable.

To top it off, the dining area is spotless and the bathrooms are clean. The crew here is really doing their job.

Original review This is unfortunate, I don't like writing bad reviews, but this place has consistently gotten my order wrong, over the course of six visits.

Order a Whopper with cheese, get a Whopper with nothing on it, just a burger patty.

Order a coke and a lemonade, get a diet coke and a diet sprite. Call them on it, they give you a sprite and a lemonade.

Order a meal, get just the burger.

Worst experience ever!!! Thought it would be a quick stop since we were in a hurry but was I wrong... we had to repeat our order several times yes we had coupons buttt apparently that’s where the problem was since the employees nor the manger could get it done right it was a problem with the coffee and ringing it in... when we finally got to the window they tried overcharging me then when they “fixed it” we were still missing our coffees and overall spending 25 minutes at the window the manager messed up and didn’t ring the coffee in and instead of fixing it and just doing what good managers do that mess up with order which I know cuz I’m a manager of a real restaurant not fat food she said she had to re charge me at that point we left wasted order completely felt disrespected with all the eye rolling and poor quality of service they won’t be getting my money no more and it’s sad since they haven’t been open long... everyone...

This is my third attempt at visiting this brand new location. The first time they didn’t have the cheesy tots that were still on the menu. The second time they claimed to have spicy nuggets on the menu but of course they didn’t have those either. 3rd chance today and i thought they might have had everything i ordered since in the drive through speaker they didn’t mention they could not complete my order. As was the case every other time, when i pulled up to the window they said they did not have the m&m cookies i ordered and in fact had no cookies at all. Also, i ordered mozzarella sticks and they are ice cold and was not given any marinara or offered any condiments whatsoever.
