Extremely Disappointing Experience

I recently visited JC Soni Jewelers and was thoroughly unimpressed. The service was unprofessional. The lady who is working she is completely unprofessional. She don’t want to show the items properly. I mentioned very clearly that I need bracelet to my son. She said no bracelet for kids. After that I selected one ring. Then slowly she is taking out kids stuff from the counter.

The sales aunty was too rude and unprofessional. It seems like we are buying grocery and not gold here. She was hesistant to show us anything and was not keen to even show what we ask for.
