E Star Asian Market — Local services in Sharonville

I was looking for a particular item. I called prior to going to their store to make sure they had it in stock. After having some difficulty communicating with the young woman over the phone due to the language barrier. Finally spelled the item I was seeking she checked assured me they had it in stock. I 100 mile round trip I'm handicapped disabled and currently has a VERY painful case of shingles. I arrived at the store no one spoke English yes I understand it's an Asian market BUT at one person COULD have spoken English. After looking for the item to NO avail. I asked a clerk and with VERY poor broken English and a half hearted attempt to find what I wanted and charging me for a mask and was VERY rude I explained I called and was TOLD that they had the item. I recommend shopping elsewhere. Even if would have had what I was looking THEIR rudeness JUST turned me off I tryed being polite and cordial. To no avail. I'll NEVER go back. PEACE...

Dear management, it is my prerogative to use my debit card to pay for my groceries under $10. It is okay that you want to charge me an extra $0.25 to do this. This is my second time coming to this market to purchase 2 items and the second time the cashier gave me such stink attitude because I used my debit card to make my purchase instead of cash. In case you are unaware, this is the 21st century and not everyone carries cash around. Your cashiers are rude and hostile and your customer service sucks! Once I find another Asian market that sells the foods that I like then I surely will no longer make the journey to return to this place.

EDIT Had stopped going here for years because of previous bad experiences but went back twice in the last week and the lady at the register is very pleasant. No issues using my card for my purchases under $10. They have the freshes leafy greens that I can find...

It is a good Market but the cashier is not as good, especially the young one with short hair. She is mean and impolite. My wife bought the stuff there and the price was about $1.50 over the listed price, she was told by that girl that the price changed which there was a price tag on the item. I have talked to a lot of people that I know and they do not like any of the cashier due to their impolite and unprofessional conduct. They are acting like we go there and beg them for the foods. I have not been back since the last time. Need to check on the merchandise since some have mold and expired.
