Update: here in indy, Tsaocaa Indy, is somehow connected to harmony and their cups and merch will say either Tsaocaa or harmony. There is some sort of shared something (ownership? Maybe tsaocaa bought excess cups from harmony? Maybe its all harmony now but theyve never taken down the tsaocaa branding?) But I can order for pickup or delivery from tsaacoo's website from harmony and the harmony website literally has video/photos of the inside of tsaooca. Tsaooca and tsaocha are the same brand.
Gotta say im a bit disappointed in this tsaocaa franchise location. I did like the addition of the bakery. The items looked appealing and fresh. Got two teas and a piece of cake.
What i didn't like. I am very familiar with the franchise brand and quality, thats why we went there as opppsed to say kung fu or whatever. First. I dont understand the point of the kiosk. Maybe its new or they were having technical issues but the items arent exactly explained well (couldnt figure out what came with what because it wasnt listed, just the name and pic of the items) and we couldnt pay at it so it was really a waste lf time. Second, the staff were rude. The woman behind the counter kept talking to another customer who had already gotten her order. I just stood there amd stood there because i ordered at the kiosk but of course couldnt pay so i had to speak to the counter to figure out if the order was sent, how to pay, etc. Third, i ordered the same tea i get almost always and it was served in a cup half the size as normal. Same price tho. When i questioned her she told me that the tea i got (ruby tea with cheese foam) only comes in med. I tried to ask a bit more because the kiosk doesnt say that and my daugter who got her normal tea and it was the same price and size. But the woman walked off in a huff. I then had to get her attention again because she didnt give us the cake we bought and paid for.
Ive been to this franchise all over indiana, chinatown, Illinois, and to similar tea places in asia and europe and this was the rudest and most unwelcome ive ever been treated. We will go elsewhere...
Read moreTried out Bread House, located on 11974 Lebanon Road, Sharonville, OH 45241, next to New Krishna Indian Cuisine. It's a bakery where you could get all kinds of pastries, buns and even juices such as Mango-Lychi etc. There are variety of cakes ranging in prices upto $39.99 or even lesser. You could also find some attractive cookies!
There were different varieties of affordable buns, namely Pineapple buns, Raisin Coconut buns, Cheese pork buns or Cheese beef buns, Almond and Nuts buns etc. I bought both the Pineapple buns and the Raisin Coconut buns which were great. The Raisin Coconut buns were in a class of it's own! Almost all of the bun choices had eggs in it.
The Mango-Lychi juice was quite expensive and about $3.50 each. This left us with no choice but to change our decision to buy it.
The male cashier was very cheerful, friendly and wanted to genuinely help us. He was not sure about many of the prices, as I saw him asking the female cashier. The female cashier was not very pleasant and when I asked the price for one of the juices, she told me to look at the board behind her and above. I did not think this was professional and proper towards a customer. Anyway, their bakery products are good and have variety. You would be charged $0.25 per a credit card whole transaction, if your total is below $10.00. Have some cash handy, if you total purchase is going to be below $10.00! Beware, they do not accept AMEX...
Read moreI have been coming in this place for 2 years now and i think yesterday was the last day i’m going. This lady here is very rude to customer!!! I order a milk-tea and apparently i order it wrong this time so I went to go and talk to her about it that i mistakenly order the brown sugar milk swirl with boba and milk cup instead of brown sugar milk tea. I told her that if there is anyway i can just add a black tea and just pay for it but she decided to yell at me saying that “You need to buy a new one and there is no way she can help me” I also told her that i’ve been coming here all the time and if she can please consider it cause i’m a loyal customer, i’m trying to be nice and respectful but she has nasty attitude and told me that “OKAY IF YOU ARE COMING HERE WHY YOU DON’T GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT” I work in a customer service too and I will never ever say this to my customer. VERY RUDE!!! You need to train your people on how to talk to the customer in a respectful manner. You lost a...
