Dunkin' — Restaurant in Shelby Charter Township

Let’s me start off by saying I am a huge Dunkin’ Donuts fan. I was so excited when this opened as I pass it to work. However every single time I’ve been it’s been awful. I went yesterday I waited over 10mins and then got parked for a bagel the guy infront me also got parked. The young boy with dark curly hair and braces should be fired. He’s awful multiple times I’ve encountered him. He’s given me wrong food forgets to take my card, makes horrible coffee absolutely horrible coffee. I’m not even entirely sure if he’s aware of where he actually is. Yesterday he gave me all my coffees/food and I had to remind him I didn’t pay yet after he said have a good day. Today I go back cause I’m passing it. Hoping things are better for whatever reason. I ordered 2 IDENTICAL coffees. and they couldn’t taste more different or look different ones orange ones the way it’s supposed to be. I’m not entirely sure why I keep going back. This Dunkin is the worst one in the area. Pulled up to the speaker, no one answered, went to the window and got yelled at for not going to the speaker, the lady tried to tell me how a drive thru works until I stopped her and told her I was waiting at the speaker for dang near 10 minutes as well as the guy she was working with saw me pull up to the window and went and hid after he looked right at me, and then the lady finally came and took my order and stated that the sensor must’ve “glitched “ I doubt that. I love this Dunkin' so much! This is hands down my favorite Dunkin' in the area I frequent. They always make my drinks just right, food is good, service is fast, staff is kind & friendly, and the gas station it's in is very clean & nice inside & out. I get different espresso drinks depending on the day (Sabrina's Brown Sugar Shakin' Espresso is my favorite though!) and if I get food it's almost always the bacon breakfast wrap.
