My husband and I went there Sunday morning. We were literally the only people there on a Sunday morning. Red flag! What restaurant is empty on a Sunday morning? So we were sat, and being a family restaurant I wasn't expecting to see a vagina getting tattoo'ed on the TV, but there it was. Ok, so it took the staff about 5 minutes to get our drinks because the staff, cooks and waitresses were too busy laughing and locking each other in a closest near the cooks line. The waitress we had was loudly telling the other waitress how great and generous her tips have been all morning. Mind you she is at the waitress station which is on the opposite side of the restaurant. We ordered our food. Kept watching the 2 waitresses screaming and goofing off with a pony tailed cook as I stared up at the dust infested lamp shades. Yay, I love dust falling into my food don't you? Our food came out wrong and that was it for my husband. It was enough to see the selection the employees had for their tv viewing, the screaming of their employees playing around and locking each other in the closets and barricading them in a room near the cookline. You have one job, don't screw up our order and serve us eggs benedict that was a broken, lumpy hollandaise sauce. Now we knew why this...

Slow slow service. Only one person in kitchen and he was more interested i. What servers were doing and watching customers then making food. People before us were waiting. For food and complaining to servers.
Cook was running place and clearly angry and belligerent to female servers. Server made a. Mistake and did add bacon and ranch dressing To pita. She tried correct situation but cook yelled at her. Told her to make sure we pay for the bacon and looked pissed at us for asking for two strips a bacon. That server left visibly upset from the exchange and I followers her outside and gave her a tip and told her the man has clear issues.
The whole situation made my family feel uncomfortable so we asks for a manager ans told no owner or manager here. The girl who acted as manager said everything fine I asked for my bill and we left. Clearly not a care in world for customers or staff. Very sad to see since business have trouble gettting let alone having staff. That chef has no business to be upset...
Read moreI've come in here many times over the course of the last year. Nothing big ever seems to change. The things i've heard discussed about the owner of the restaurant is humorous, and I can see why some of these things are said about him. For one, there's a sign that says "please wait to be seated" when you walk in while you are constantly told to seat yourself from the back of the restaurant by one of the employees/manager. 2, the restaurant is always dead, very rare you'll walk in and see more than 5 tables filled up at once. And 3, the waitresses do not get paid enough for the constant nit picking and all the labor they do! Heard the owner in a literal small rage over a shirt. You know, you'd do a lot more not sitting at home watching your little cameras all the time and putting some of that effort into bringing engagement to your restaurant. For example, new menu items, new furniture, a more welcoming and colorful environment or just better management!
I've heard regulars, and some other customers have similar complaints to the staffs.
