I visited Qdoba on Monday night, expecting the usual quality and service that I've come to appreciate as a regular customer. Unfortunately, my recent experience left much to be desired and has prompted me to share my concerns.
Firstly, I ordered a bowl with steak and extra chicken for my wife, who wasn't present at the time. However, the portions we received were noticeably smaller than usual, which was disappointing given the current market prices. It was disheartening to see other customers receiving larger servings, making me question the consistency of service.
Additionally, when I tried to order a citrus lime chicken salad, I encountered difficulties due to the staff's lack of knowledge about the ingredients. Neither the employee nor the manager could provide information, forcing me to search for details myself. This lack of familiarity with menu items raises concerns about the staff's training and preparation.
Furthermore, the store experienced shortages of essential ingredients such as fajita vegetables. Despite having the item in stock, they took the order of the person behind me because I had to look up the ingredients of a menu item. This resulted in the other customer taking the last of the fajitas, impacting my ability to complete our order as intended.
Moreover, I must highlight the dismissive attitude displayed by the Qdoba manager during our past interaction. When I attempted to address further concerns over the phone, the manager was rude and terminated the call abruptly. This lack of professionalism has greatly soured my perception of the brand.
Due to these concerns and the apparent disregard for customer satisfaction, I might start going back to Chipotle. As a side note, they are violating the Consumer Protection Act by listing a price for surf and turf under the protein selection of the build-your-own. When you order it, they say it's a signature dish. News flash, that is not legal. I will be reporting this to the state, as numerous reports have gone unanswered by...
Read moreUPDATE - THIS WILL BE MY LAST REVIEW OF THIS STORE BECAUSE I WILL NEVER RETURN. ALSO....THERE ARE WAAAY TO MANY BAD REVIEWS, THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DONE. I WILL BE CONTACTING HEALTH DEPARTMENT. I have given it sooo many chances because I really like Qdoba, NOT this store! It's horrible. People are rude, store is dirty and disheveled, food is cold, and sub par. Honestly, and I am a foodie... There is no reason to go to this store, when there are others not too far away that are much better. Current pics of yesterday's visit. Nothing except new ownership will help this store. This cracks me up the most. Need to refill napkin holders, but instead they just set the bag of napkins NEXT to the empty holders... Lolol just a crappy place. Lastly I ordered chicken.... See any chicken?
This particular store really, really needs new management and possibly new ownership. Always have some sort of issue there, either the food, or the cleanliness or staff. This latest one, they're doing remodeling and not a sign anywhere stating they're closed. Really? A simple sign on the door? Ughhhhh last chance. Time to find another location....

Be careful checking out....i was literally forced to click one of the tip buttons before i could finish my transaction! Really? Now were being mandated to leave a tip for a fast food order? Not cool qdoba!
UPDATE 2/1/23 They must have gotten new management because today's visit was great. Mgr was extremely helpful and on point. Was very conscious we were satisfied with our food & service.
This used to be my favorite Qdoba.....not anymore....last 3 times they had to close in the middle of the day....management is definitely slacking at this store! Also especially during covid....please wear gloves always and don't touch my plastic ware with your bare hands....thats gross...
Read moreThis is usually my go to Qdoba as the service is usually very great and fast. Went there this week and the guy behind the counter CLEARLY hated his job. He stared me down walking in like dreading taking my order as it was empty inside. I greeted him with a smile and said hi. He said nothing back and said what do you want? I replied nicely for a burrito bowl with white rice and pinto beans. He then scraps the bottom reminents of the white rice pan to barely even cover the bottom of my bowl. Then he puts barely a full scoop of pinto beans on top, which then at least covered the bottom of the bowl. I blew this off. However when I asked for tequila Chicken he replied we don’t have that. He replied last day was Monday. I then ask him for more rice as I noticed how little there was and I even told him the brown rice is fine. He rudely says i have to go in the back and make some then walks away. At that point I left the restaurant frustrated from my service and little quality of customer service. I was not going to pay for an $10 meal that would barely feed a toddler. I’m a VERY patient person I deal with very frustrated and stressed customers every day as a nurse and never have I been so appalled by this employees service. Also as a long standing problem that I am seeing why do your employees wait till the very last second to refill their condiments/meat? What customer would enjoy getting the bottom cold scraps of meat or any condiment for that matter, as I constantly see employees scrapping the edges of the containers to make two teaspoons to put on the customers meal. This is the second time that I’ve had this type of customer service at this store and will sadly find another restaurant to give my business to. I hope some changes in employees, customer serice and prep work are made...
