Their ice cream is amazing and I have no complaints on that. My first ice cream ended up falling off of my cone, however my complaint starts where I went back to the window and someone different than who took my original order "helped" me. I told her my ice cream fell and when I asked if she could make a new one, she said she cant give me a new cone with an attitude but she was able to give me the ice cream in a cup. That was not what I wanted but I obliged and when she gave me my new ice cream I told her I can pay for it but she denied me with more of an attitude and shut the window as I was still talking to her. When you run into some car trouble, the last thing you want is police officers telling you to leave urgently because the owner is getting upset that he is "losing business." I came to get ice cream, and on my way out, the car broke down. It's already an upsetting, troubling, and difficult situation as is. We also want to leave as soon as possible. Sorry you "lost business" because my car broke down. I didn't choose your business for my car to break down in. I'm very upset with how the owner decided to deal with this. At this stage in my life, if I'm going to indulge in ice cream, it's going to be really good ice cream. Fortunately for me, I live quite close to really good ice cream - Wells Hollow Creamery! The very cute stand offers some outdoor seating with local farm-fresh hand-made ice cream in every flavor you could think of. They offer drinks, shakes, cones, cups, sundaes and I'm sure other things. I give the ice cream itself five stars but took one star off due to the confusing setup of the menus scattered everywhere and it's not really clear where a person places their order.
