I came here with my mom last night to help her switch her phone from a galaxy to an iPhone the girl that was originally helping us was very nice had a great personality and was really trying to help my mom out before she had to clock out but when we got switched to the night time manager to help right off the bat I didn’t like him he had an attitude of I just don’t want to be here and he started doing things to her phone without her knowledge and DISABLED HER PHONE she can’t call or text anyone and she can’t be contacted why would you go and disable someone’s phone that they can’t contact anyone if the person didn’t get the new phone I hope AT&T gets a new night manager because he was anything but management material this isn’t the first time she’s had an issue at this location she used to have Samsung galaxy 8 and when it was time for her to get a new phone mind you this was last year the former employee of this location and was supposedly loved to a different location was very cocky and just an all around know it all and DOWN GRADED HER to a galaxy 7 hopefully next time she goes there she won’t have...
Read moreI am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at AT&T, especially after being a loyal customer for over 30 years and the daughter of a retired AT&T employee who dedicated over 40 years to the company. I recently took advantage of an AT&T promotion and received a new phone, but soon after, I realized it wasn’t the right fit. I attempted to return it well within the return window, only to be met with resistance, conflicting information, and an unprofessional attitude from store employees. Despite repeated efforts to resolve the issue politely, I was dismissed and left with no resolution. I never expected to be treated this way by a company my family has supported for decades. This experience has completely shattered my trust in AT&T, and I hope they seriously reevaluate how they treat their long-standing customers...
Read moreThis place lied to my face about getting a new phone for free it's been 3 months since they told me the credits would be posted and they haven't been. They added a phone line so now I'm paying for 2 lines on 1 phone that was supposed to be free. They lied, my bill has been absolutely ridiculous high and every time I try to go to the store for help they tell me thiere is nothing they can do to call AT&T, then I call AT&T directly and they point the finger at the store that just told me only they could help me. I tried to get in touch with a billing supervisor on the phone multiple times and was told multiple times they aren't available to speak??
