CX Plaza — Local services in Shelton

The options available are so good and we enjoy the ease of ordering online and drive-thru pick-up. I would have given 5 stars but we had recently placed an online order and picked it up via the drive-thru. I couldn't hear the employee well but she mentioned one of our drinks and I stated it was correct. At the window she gave us 1 drink and when I asked about the other drink she stated that I didn't mention it at the intercom so she had to go grab it. I would think our order showed the 2 drinks so I was perplexed as to why she didn't have both at the window. It also would be nice if the drive-thru setup was configured better. The vehicles cause issues for other patrons wanting to access other businesses...

This place always has a long drive thru line. You need to allow at least 20 minutes to get your order. I got a tall mocha frappe chino and it was $5. For the smallest size, that is outrageous. Will not be...
