This last time I visited at this location the service was pretty slow and nobody was in front of or behind me. They were l due to be open for 1.5 hours longer when I had placed my order at the drive thru and as i pllef away front the speaker i heard the worker say at least u didnt clean up the slicer yet, in a tone that made me feel luke my irdee was an inconvenience to have to make. After getting home I passed the food to everyone and I looked at my 1/2 lb sandwich and it was smaller than usual, the same size as a regular sandwich when I compared the two and it didn't have the sauce on it that's suppose to be on it (beef & cheddar)and very little cheese, unfortunately this made my meal not as enjoyable as it usually was. Normally I have no complaints, it's my favorite fast food place. Everyone knows how expensive it is to eat at Arby's so I'm sure everyone understands where I'm coming from when I say I spent over $60 for 7 sandwiches and 2 orders of fries so I expected my order to be correct, (keep in mind I didn't even order a coke because I don't like the taste of theirs) that's a lot of money to me.After I paid I then asked for ketchup and Arby's sauce and once my food was being handed out the window, I asked very politely if they remembered the ketchup and the lady continues to hand the bag to me and says no but i put everything in there have a nice night and closed the window and walked away. I won't say on here what went through my mind at that moment but anyway I don't know when I will go back here again, I feel like I wasted my money this time and I don't have enough to chance wasting any more here. Read moreMy husband and I frequently eat at the Arby's in Shepherdsville. After tonight I believe we're done! When you spend $30-$40, at the drive thru you would hope to get what you wanted. Normally we do, (for the most part). On April 17th, a Wednesday night, when they are supposed to be open until midnight, of course they were closed, and had been for awhile due to the lot being empty and absolutely no one inside. This has happened to me on 4 different occasions now, however it depends on who you talk to as to the reason. Either way they didn't post a sign making customers aware of the situation and anyone who has ever worked in fast food or customer service knows that's not the way it works. So tonight I decided to go in to place my order and speak with the manager on duty. Did ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD!!!! I was polite and respectful and even though she offered no apologies and was rather rude, I maintained my friendly conversation. Once I knew she didn't care, I placed an order for two subs and four regular roast beef sandwiches. Upon getting home and opening my subs, the box on one was crushed and broken and when opened the sandwich was cut incorrectly and the bun was upside down. Both were made much different than usual and I'm sure it's because they can't take constructive criticism. Going to attempt to reach out to the regional manager and make sure they are aware of the past issues we've had and why I will drive to Preston if I decide I want Arby's in the future. Read moreGenuinely one of the worst Arby's I have been to. Asked for 2 medium shakes, one mocha and one cinnamon, and my meal had extra cheese.
They hand me the Mocha, and I initially think it's a medium. Then they hand me the cinnamon in a larger container. I realize I must have gotten a small. I notify the man at the window, and they take it back and hand me a newly made drink. Great! The guy was a bit curt, but I understand as customer service can be frustrating.
I get on the road and take a sip of my shake and....it's vanilla. Ugh, fine, not the worst thing. I get home, and my sandwich definitely doesn't have extra cheese on it. In fact, I'd say that it was inadequate for a normal order. Plus, no receipt in the bag. Huh, I wonder why.
Call it first world problems, fine. I'm still just...disappointed. I don't know how I could have upset the staff to do this at any point either?...
