I just want everyone to know my family and I go to game stop all the time because my younger brother probably like most twelve year old boys loves video games. So Saturday with his christmas money my family went into game stop so he could purchase a GTA V Mega Shark Cash which comes to a total of $108.24 Rebecca asked what gaming system we needed, my brother and my mother proceeded to tell her we need Xbox 360 she was instructed several times on the gaming system needed and somehow still managed to give us the wrong gaming system and thats fine everyone makes mistakes but what is not fine is the fact that she blatantly lied about her mistake!! we spent a total of 4 hours on the phone with Microsoft game stop and rockstar trying to figure why the card would work for our Xbox 360 my brother was devestated he had waited all year to get this shark card finally after speaking with rockstar they instructed me that it was game stops mistake and that actually they these make these mistakes on a regular basis we were informed by rockstar to call game stop customer service because they are the only ones who could help us. so we did and surprisingly after four hours we thought all had been fixed we were told they would return our money because it was Rebecca mistake. we call back later in the week to the game stop store and we are informed by the DM Camp Murphy informed us (HE WAS THE RUDEST PERSON IVE EVER TALKED ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL HAS NO BUSINESS WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE) that there was nothing he could do and nothing he would do accusing us of lying when our whole family was present for the purchase. I never in my life have ever been treated poorly in my life and I will never go back to this game stop or any game stop. I Hope no one else ever has to go through this again !!!!! Every time that I go in there, I'm always greeted with, "Hi! Welcome to GameStop! Anything we can help you with today?" The workers are friendly and reliable. If I have a question, I always get an answer from them without any problems. I've been going to this GameStop for about... 8 years, I believe. If this GameStop had horrible service and a lot of problems, then I wouldn't have stayed with this store. I would've changed to a different location. But, I never have because this one blows others out of the water. So, all in all, this GameStop is a 5/5 and the customer service is a 10/10. Read moreI come to this store if I'm not able to get what I'm looking for at the GameXchange store or Wal-Mart or any other store that carries electronics or game systems and accessories. And if no one else has it, then this store usually does which works out great but it's usually more expensive than the other places. But I'm willing to pay more since it's hard to find. But for other things I always check GameXchange first. The employees are all super nice and friendly and are very helpful with any questions or issues I'm having. And the service is usually great I'm able to get what I'm looking for and leave within a matter of just a few minutes and not have to wait in a long line of people.
