I used the app to order my sandwiches so I could get the special price of $5/ea. I entered special instructions for my order for each sandwich. When I went to pick up my order, it was ready but none of the special instructions were done. Our family likes to eat half of the sandwich for lunch and the remaining half, usually, for dinner. So I requested all sandwich halves to be wrapped separately. I also like my sandwich ingredients in a particular order (that's why I like to be present when my sandwich is usually made). Neither request was done. When I mentioned this to the cashier, she mentioned it to a male employee (I'm assuming he's the one who made the order). After she spoke to him, he only rolled his eyes, which made me feel not-so- important. She mentioned they could remake the order and fulfill the requests. I told her I'm not waiting. Didn't have time to wait, that's why I ordered ahead of time. Took my order and left. But wondered "what's the use of having special instructions if they're not going to pay attention to them anyway." Why even have that option on the ordering app?
Bread was fresh, sandwiches tasted good, but service is definitely lacking. Wish they used finely ground black pepper instead of crushed...
Read moreI am handicapped and went to this subway. It was Thursday afternoon... I was waiting in line behind one person while complaining about having someone leave early. I thought he was going to help me (i had already been there for 20 minutes after the first person. He then said he had to make the orders he had first. Everyone in the store left. Then he (remember, i am handicapped) “Ron” was making one order with 3 subs one order; then instead of helping me he continued to complain about everything! I said “can u please help me -the line was building again he said NO I have to make all of the orders in front of him. He then tells me to LEAVE HIS STORE OR HE IS GOING TO CALL POLICE. I said please do. He then screamed LEAVE NOW!!! Everyone in the store then left! Being handicapped (cannot stand for long)...this was crazy, I have NEVER been treated...
Read moreNot only did we wait in the same position for nearly 30 minutes, we also were stared at instead of being asked what type of sandwich we wanted. Stared at. The failure of a service stared at me with an rbf face and refused to talk to NUMEROUS other customers. The amount of disrespect and care I felt within that store was unbelievable. I am just happy I wasted a gift card and not my own money there because if I was spending my own money I would have walked out long before then.
My bread crumbled into bread crumbs it was so over toasted. It took all the moisture out of my mouth. It was like the bread was stale it was so hard to chew in the places where it wasn’t over cooked.
Servers were slow. I have had far faster service in other branches where business was...
