Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Sherman

on Christmas Eve at about 1:45pm I went into this location to get pizza. waited a few minutes before I was recognized by what appeared to be the manager (slim brown skinned man). while I was waiting the manager was on the phone complaining about something with Saturday's delivery time and as I waited the manager sneezed but not into a mask (which he was NOT wearing) or into his elbow which is common practice. no he sneezed very loudly onto the wall area next to the the warmers. the employee then came up and helped me. she was nice quick and attentive. They had the 2 pizzas I wanted and they were inside the warmer about 2-3ft away from where the manager had sneezed openly at. between the holiday and work I wanted to make sure this got posted and made sure someone was notified. I asked the girl at the counter if that guy was the manager and she said yes. I briefly spoke with the gentleman stating he should know better and with covid going on he should really be wearing a mask and practice proper coughing/sneezing methods. I felt I was blown off as the manager DID NOT apologize. yet kept walking towards me.

I don't think I'll be going back to that little Caesar's again which is a shame because I'm there often. I am happy to show where the manager sneezed at and how he did it as more than ever food safety is imperative.

I work for a nearby school district and for our Christmas party we ordered 15 pizzas from this place. I went in two days before our party to place our order, pay for it in advance and to set a time to pick it up. I had requested a receipt and was denied because they said I wouldn’t need it because their system would show it paid. Skip forward to day of party, my wife got there at 11:25 and we had said we would pick it up between 11:30-11:45, well first off the girl was very rude to begin with, She also said she hadn’t even started on them. I had 80 kids waiting for these pizzas! My wife proceeds to call me to tell me that the girl claims that the pizzas have not been paid for at all and wants payment again. I had to get on the phone with her and get ugly because she refused to find the ticket that showed it was paid for. Our district will never order from that location again. Worst...

Food was as good as you would expect from little Caesars. Went in to pick up a pizza when it was super busy. Poor girl at the counter seemed new but was very nice. The manager on duty (another younger girl) seemed very flustered and frustrated due to high customer volume. They were out of hot n ready pizza. I asked if any were in the oven and the girl at the counter tried to ask the manager who was working the end of the oven pulling pizza. The yelled response was "they just have to wait". So I ended up putting in my order for a three meat and waiting since I suspected I'd be waiting either way. Not two minutes after my order they were filling the hot boxes with the same pizza I just asked about. I don't recommend this location unless you order ahead of time. Even then you wind up waiting. Also it seems every time I go to this location there's always new...
