Endless Customization: Mod Pizza allows customers to create their own pizzas and salads from a wide variety of toppings, sauces, and cheeses, all at a fixed price. This means you can truly tailor your meal to your personal preferences—whether you're a fan of classic combinations or adventurous flavors including things like a can of sardines that can be retrieved from the storage room should you desire those little fish to become part of your custom creation..
Quality Ingredients: Mod Pizza prioritizes high-quality, fresh ingredients. From their hand-tossed dough made daily to the crisp vegetables and flavorful toppings, every component is chosen to ensure great taste and authenticity.
Speed of Service: The assembly line style allows for quick service without sacrificing quality. Customers can see their pizzas being crafted in real-time, which adds an element of transparency and engagement to the dining experience.
Innovative Choices: Beyond traditional ingredients, Mod Pizza offers unique options like garlic sauces, specialty cheeses, and an array of fresh veggies. This variety ensures that there’s something for everyone, accommodating different dietary preferences and restrictions, such as vegan and gluten-free options.

Fun Atmosphere: The vibrant and upbeat store design, combined with friendly staff, makes for a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. Customers can enjoy their customized creations in an inviting environment.
Value for Money: With the ability to pile on as many toppings as you wish without increasing the price, Mod Pizza offers incredible value for an individualized meal, making it a favorite for families and groups.

Read moreUnfortunately, we did not have a good visit here. When we entered the restaurant no one seemed eager to help us. We were not in a hurry, so we just waited until somebody was ready. An employee named Emily took our order and was very rude to me and my family. She was rolling her eyes the entire time and making off handed comments about the modifications we were requesting on our pizzas. On the last pizza we ordered, she threw a single pile of pepperoni on my pizza and shoved it off to the side, as if it was done. I asked, is that normal? She said yes and then proceeded to pull it back over reluctantly, and spread it around. She was in a bad place I guess.
After we received our order, I asked the shift captain Alexis what her employee’s name was. She stated she was the shift captain and asked what the issue was. I explained what happened and asked if she would give me her employee’s name. She hesitated and I said, look if you don’t give me her name I’ll just put your name on the complaint instead. She told me it was Emily at that point.
I’m not sure what the problem is in this store, but there’s a bad atmosphere and no one seems to want to be in the restaurant. After filing a complaint on the company’s website, I assume this is a systemic problem, since I didn’t receive feedback. I understand we all have good days and bad days, but we leave that at home when we are providing decent customer service. It’s disappointing to land on a place like this when my family decides to go out on a rare occasion to treat ourselves to a meal outside the house. I’m sorry to say, we won’t make the mistake of coming to mod...
Read moreWound up going to MOD Pizza, because next door at killer Burger with their; extremely simple menu ,four and employees, and not full lobby Said it would take a half an hour to get a burger. Mod was only about half as busy but pumping out the orders, only took about 5 minutes to get our food. Ordered the new cauliflower crust took a chance on it, it was actually pretty good way better than I thought it was going to be, unfortunately The only place where it tells you that it's a $2 extra charge is on a small sign in an approximately one in spot spot that blends in with the rest of the busy sign. When I told Jake the cashier that I didn't see any place where I told about the extra charge after I had already paid he was busy,b still apologized. I wasn't completely satisfied with the outcome, but I got over pretty quickly. When I went back up to ask them to cut it into eight pieces instead of six Jake told me that he had already cut it into six, but because of the mistake with the cauliflower crust he comped my entire order. I was pretty shocked ,becauseI had not made a really big deal or even raised my voice. It was my fault that I missed the notification of extra charge normally I'm more observant than that and Jake went above and beyond. The pizza was really good as always and the new cauliflower crust you can't tell it's made...
