I order food with my coworkers this afternoon. We decided to get chilis and I wanted to try the Chipotle Chicken Fresh Mex Bowl along with the soup and southwest egg rolls. It seemed appetizing with all my favorite ingredients. The employees there were friendly and my order came out on time. Once I was finally ready to eat my lunch. I dived right in, since I was extremely hungry. I was disappointed after the first bite. :( I tried a few more bites thinking I just need to mix it . But no, just did not taste good at all. I’m a manager myself so, I’m running around helping my crew and decided to call chilis to see if they would be able to allow a remake or something else. Such as a plain cheese burger or even a simple salad, but the conversation did not go far. Once I was able to call chilis up, waiting to speak to the manager about my food. Which we had a big order. I only wanted to remake one thing to something else. I even had the food with me to show them that I only had a few bites. I did not enjoy my lunch and honestly wanted to throw up. It just did not taste right to me . Once I got ahold of the manager and explained everything. She then explained that “we have professional cooks for the past 15 years and I would not be able to replace your food just because you simply did not like it” . I was truly upset and felt like she did not care. I honestly started crying after that conversation. I spent my harder money on food that I did not enjoy. I should have just simply went somewhere else instead of spending $25 on lunch and hope to save food for dinner. I am a struggling college student, who is also a manager myself. As a manager, when a client does not enjoy their service. I sympathize with my clients and try to hear them out or make some kind of accommodations for them. So for any of you thinking about ordering food here or eating out. Please be careful and mindful of what you order because if you do not like it, they simply...
Read moreWhen we walked in, we asked for a table, not a booth. The girl was gonna give us a high table, and we said that was fine. That's when another girl walked up and said no, give them a booth, so they put us in a booth by the bar. So then the bartender was supposed to be our waiter, and he asked us what we wanted to drink and brought them. I ordered flavored tea, which was really, really strong and too much flavor. Another female waitress came and took our order saying our waiter was busy with other tables she was nice. Then, when our food came a totally different guy brought our food when he set my plate down I noticed it had he never brought my soup so I told him I ordered soup he left to get it and I noticed they gave me mozzarella sticks instead of the fried pickles I ordered. When he came back with my soup I told him and instead of saying I'm sorry I'll get them for you he said nothing got mad and made a mad face and left. He brought me a full order of pickles like in less then a minute so did he give me someone else's pickles ? So then for the rest of the meal not one person asked how we were doing or if we needed some more to drink. They looked at us but said nothing. We were treated like we were a bother and wanted us gone. My food was good my husband did not like his food. I have never been treated like this in a restaurant before and will not be going back the female was the only nice one but still she didn't ask if we needed more to drink and she had asked me what I was drinking earlier so she could write it down I'm assuming for that purpose. If I could give zero...
Read moreSo I know that they're idea of having different people do. Different tasks is what they're doing to try to make it more efficient for their customers. When you get to your table, somebody comes and takes your order. Someone else brings you your drinks some. One else brings you your appetizers. And someone else brings you your food, so it's very confusing when you are trying to ask somebody to bring your something else. Our waiter was nice enough. The person who brought our drinks threw them at us not to mention they put them on the opposite side of our table where no one was sitting. She was gone before we could say anything and I didn't get my sweetener for my tea. Then someone else came with our appetizer. We got the white quest skillet. It was good but not worth the price. Lots of tortilla chips but the queso was really small. Finely our food came. The person who dropped it off gave mine to my husband and his to me. They left before we could say anything. Eventually we found our waiter and asked again for my sweetener. I only got the loaded baked potato soup. It was ok. Nothing special. Then after all that chaos you have to get your own check on the kiosk and pay by yourself at the table. Not a fan of that. Who gets the tips? I'm assuming they share. It's hard to complain about service when they throw stuff at you and leave before you can...
