It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Shorewood

Ordered 16 piece bone-in combo but received 11 boneless and 8 bone-in. Order received cool not hot or warm. Attempted to call but when they pick up the person keeps going in and our without a word understood. Not sure if they are cordless or in handset. This place is located in Chili's. Called Chili's and had the same problem. I called 4 times and was unable to resolve the issue. If your phones aren't working then call in a personal cell phone to get a problem straightened out. Phone issue isn't on my end as I called a family member to make sure it wasn't my connection. Not going down to the place as it defeats the purpose...

Well they texted when it was ready, I showed up waited 10 min for someone to come out and bring it to me, figured my food is cold at this point, 1 manager at the cash register doing nothing, 1 employee sitting on the bench, and 2 other cars pull up and no one goes out to them either. Have to get someone from the back to find my food. This is why I don't tip to go, there's no service here. Oh yea and online ordering, they try to avoid the ability to give 0 for a tip...

Ive ordered from here numerous times and it has always been great. Apple bbq was my favorite sauce…. Of course they dont have it anymore. Garlic parm sauce is nothing like it used to be. The chicken was dry….. And to top it off they got rid of the curly fries and replaced them with plain fries. NOT HAPPY. Is this even a wing place anymore? Or is it just the name and now eating chilis wings and fries? If I wanted Chilis, I would have ordered from the Chilis website…....
