Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Shorewood

I placed my order online and when it arrived, it was not made correctly. I immediately called the location and the cashier put me on hold to speak with the manager who said they will give me a credit. I asked if they could just remake the sandwich as I cannot eat it the way that it was made, and he put me on hold again, saying the manager said no I can have a credit. I then asked to speak to the manager and was placed on hold for 20 minutes and no one came back. I hung up and tried to call four times and no one would answer the phone. This will be my last visit at this location. This is the second time they have messed up my order with no type of customer service to rectify the issue. I also have plans to call corporate tomorrow because this is unacceptable to ignore a paying Customer and my sandwich was made incorrectly; and was basically...

Horrible!!! My husband and I walked in on June 13 at 6:18pm. We were never greeted nor acknowledged. The African American young girl with the bigger build was behind the counter. She was flirting with a guy talking about her upcoming trip to Orlando. My husband and I were right behind the guy waiting.... And waiting... My husband decided to sit down right in front of her. Still nothing. We decided to walk out and my husband went back in to ask for her name. She did not want to release her name and she said her name was Ashley and she was the manager!!!!! Freaky fast service????? Yeah right more like freakin' horrible service!!!!

As a manager myself I believe in customer service. I will be calling...

Don't think ill be going back here. When I went into the store I was greeted by ALOT of people which was pretty cool, customer service was decent, the thing that made me not want to be there was the blonde girl cutting the bread, she gave attitude to other people behind the counter and did not acknowledge me when I asked her to take the cucumbers off, then after the sandwhich was made I asked her again if she would be able to take off the cucumbers she rolled her eyes and then took them off. I personaly wont be going back to this store but if you are going here I hope you have a better experience...
