Long story short: Ridiculous wait for very good drinks. We waited for about 40 minutes this morning for 2 iced drinks, a Butter Bear latte and a Cosmic Chai latte. While the drinks were quite tasty, the wait and disorganization definitely tainted the experience. The best example happened to a man who had ordered and sat down before we even came in. He ordered two drinks. They called him up because one of his drinks was ready and then they realized they made it wrong. Cut to them calling him up again 10 minutes later to give him the other drink while the original was still not ready. A few minutes later, the manager tells the barista that they originally gave him someone else's order and they did make his order correctly the first time but they discarded that one. By the time we got our drinks, 20 minutes later, he was still waiting to get his other drink. I 100% understand that this place just opened and we expected a wait but having a guest waiting with half his order for over half an hour because of a mistake on your end is outrageous. Not to mention that we were late to our next destination because of our own extended wait. I would like to go back, even though it's on the pricier side, because they have an extensive menu and a lot of sugar free options but I'm going to give it at least a few weeks so they can train up and hopefully get...
Read moreI truely thought this would be my new coffee shop.This was my 2nd time at this establishment. I will NOT be returning. I ordered a Vanilla Bean Iced Latte. Waited in the drive thru line for 8-10 mins. Got to the window paid, waited for the drink. Noticed that it was coffee on ice and not frozen. I simply said I'm sorry. I think I may have made a mistake. It should have been frozen. I let the young man know I can pay the difference. The young man stated, let me talk to the "lead" to see what we can do. The answer I got was you can purchase another drink but we can not refund you or make a new drink for you. We would be wasting product. That is the owners policy and I'm not the owner. Humm..IT'S A COFFEE SHOP! You probably spill more then 20 ounces a day when pouring coffee. If you really want to get technical it's really 16 oz due to the ice in the cup. I waited in the line for 8-10 mins. For the most simple drink. Coffee, ice, milk and let's be truthful Vanilla bean syrup. To the owner of this establishment. I can see if I ordered a complex drink. The menu is super SMALL on the drive thru screen, and they do not have paper menus for you to take with you, So if you don't know what you want, you would have to go to the window and ask to see the menu, Hopefully they make some copies so they can give them out//and or make the drive through menu with more options(re-designing the layout) But this is what is turning me away... The person taking my order, almost every time, questions what I am asking for. Example: I order a salted caramel sweet foam w/cream and sugar -- lady says "you know it already has cream from the "sweet foam" (sounding super condescending) .......IDGAF... Please, don't question what I order, This happens almost every time I order something, please stop doing that to customers, I order what I like , and I pay for it to made how I like it, If you think its odd, or maybe you might think I'm not aware of the ingredients already in the drink, Just keep that to yourselves.
