My review is based on take out order. I ordered the Burrata (no sea salt) & Margarita Extra pizza. I disliked both items. The Burrata was flavorless, no Evoo, no black pepper on it as the menu stated. The argula was very fresh & tasty & onion was thinly sliced. The crostini was so hard and crunchy but tasted like burnt, smokey flavor. The Margarita extra pizza was worse than the Burrata appetizer. Firstly it was very cold even though I picked up the order on time as stated on the take out order confirmation page. It was ice cold tho as if it had been made an hour ago. Take out orders also sit at the front with the hostess so it makes sense that it just sat there and kept getting cold. The pizza had very little sauce, very little cheese or basil. It was basically bread for $17. And the bottom was charred so much that I tasted the burnt smokey flavor on the pizza the whole time. It was quite disgusting really. Most bland Italian pizza I've ever had. Overall disappointed in the take out. Maybe dining in is a better option as the food will come out hot and may taste better. For a Thurs night, this restaurant was really packed around 630pm, almost no parking in the parking lot.

My family went for dinner on a Monday night. We ordered the warm olive salad and two pizzas: the Big Hurt and the L'Hawaino Italiano. It was DELICIOUS! Though it was pretty packed, the wait for our dinner wasn't long at all. We probably waited longer for our waiter to bring the check...service did leave a little to be desired. Not sure if our waiter was just burned out or what. Anyway, won't deter me from coming back! I absolutely love pizza but rarely eat it because I'm particular about it. The crust was amazing, the sauce was absolutely delicious. I can't wait to go back and try more! NOTE: They do offer gluten free options, but the menu says they require 6 hours notice.

Awesome atmosphere and great staff! We sat on the side patio as no one was there (we had our dog with us). Great food, great drinks and great service, wish we could go more often but don’t live in the state /: Also wish we could try their other restaurant - Frank’s Louisiana Kitchen. We got the L’Hawaiano-Italiano pizza and it was delicious. They have tons of options to choose from and desserts as well. We got the Nutella Calzone and *chefs kiss*. I would definitely recommend the dessert and this for a fun night out with the family or for a date night. Perfect for dogs and they even brought out a water bowl for our dog and are super dog friendly!

Literally the worst dining experience I've ever had. This restaurant just lost a loyal customer over an $18 meal. I literally live right around the corner from Frank's, and I've been there multiple times. I usually have a good experience, but that changed tonight. I ordered a meal that ended up having broccoli in it. I HATE broccoli. The description listed 5 other ingredients, but made no mention of broccoli. So after it came, and I realized what was in it I ordered something else. I've worked at multiple restaurants, and if a customer's order came out wrong or they didn't like what they ordered, then their replacement meal was always put in the front of the line so they wouldn't be getting there food after everyone else at there table was done eating. Well I waited another 25 minutes for my food so I got to watch my wife eat then she got to watch me eat. Then when they brought the check they wanted me to pay for a meal I didn't want or eat. I had to have an argument with the manager just to get him to take half of the meal with broccoli in it off the check. I even told the guy I come in there on a regular basis, and he was about to lose a loyal customer over an $18 meal, but that didn't seem to matter to him. His explanation for broccoli not being listed in the ingredients was that Rapini was in the name of the dish. Apparently Rapini is Italian for broccoli. So I guess it was my fault for not speaking Italian. Long story short is the food is pretty good, but they could care less about...

1st and foremost the service was excellent. The hostess arrived to work as we arrived. I don’t even know if she had time to clock in before she seated us. Our waitress wore her mask over her nose(big plus) was efficient and pleasant. The music was a little loud, but it was decent 80’s music. The atmosphere was more like a sports bar. We ordered the onion rings/strings with remoulade sauce which was very good.I can’t say enough about the sauce. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with a Caesar salad. The salad needed a little more dressing and it had the powdered Parmesan on it. I added some of the lemon vinaigrette, and I liked it better. I actually added some onion strings and sauce to my salad as well. As for the pizza, the crust was great. The cheese they used was very fresh and tasted better than most mozzarella cheeses I’ve had on pizza. However, the sauce was extremely salty. The salt completely covered any flavor the sauce may have had. I didn’t care for the way the pepperoni was cut. I like mine thin , flat, and crispy. Frank’s was like julienned carrots. My husband had the Cubano. He eats anything, he was satisfied. Keeping in mind, he didn’t make any of his normal sound effects when he eats something really delicious. I’m a super picky eater so take this with a grain of salt. I came from Atlanta and Savannah where we have incredible restaurants, and I grew up on New York style pizza. Also, the restroom and restaurant was generally...

The pizza is great but it is usually pretty crowded. I didn't like the table we were seated at it just felt like we were so close to the other tables around us and the waiters kept having to squeeze past to get through. I get wanting to accommodate a lot of people but not at the expense of comfort. Plus I prefer a booth over a table anyday! We ordered the hummus as an appetizer it was decent if you like spicy hummus which I can't do much spice now w/o a gallbladder 😕 anyway the margherita extra and asked for olive oil instead of red sauce but guess the waiter missed that but it was still really yummy with the sauce. My daughter, who's Birthday we were celebrating ordered the seasonal Autunno è Inverno which has pork shoulder, goat cheese, carmelized onions, butternut squash and a drizzle of honey. It's not something I personally would have ordered but it was pretty good. She recently went to Colorado for a vacay and apparently honey on pizza is a popular thing there. Must be because of all that bomb legal weed lol. The munchies can make the weirdest combinations taste good! So I've heard...😏 anyway I love the pizza but I prefer it to go because I'm just not a fan of the atmosphere, the patio area is nice but there were no tables available when we were there. I will go back for take out for sure though! Oh the focaccia bread is...
