Bought a kids spaghetti for $5.99 with one meatball and a calzone It was a little less than $20 I'm saddened to say the proportion was ridiculous. I will not be ordering from here again after waiting 25 mins inside for my already called in order 20 minutes before I arrived. There was no order in the kitchen and seemed to be some type of argument that I could hear through the double metal doors standing with the waitresses looking around embarrassed. The kind bartender apologized to me for it taking so long and for me having to wait another 25 minutes even though I had already called in my order. This restaurant needs management in the kitchen or possibly better trained cooks. The loud rap music was one thing coming from the kitchen bc honestly I don't care what they are listening to to make your shift easier but to not be focused on your job and getting food out will run away business. Maybe I just picked the wrong night to order from here even though they only had about 6 tables of other customers. Unfortunately I won't be back.

This place was great. My friend and I sat at the bar where a stunning young man named Austin served us. He recommended a great beer for us to try, a strawberry one by Seventh Tap. He was a fun and engaging bartender who let us sample a few different brews. I'm a Yankee so I just stuck with my tried and true Yuengling after the strawberry one. They also had a really expansive selection of local craft beers, a fantastic way to get a taste of SBC. I ordered the lasanaga and my friend had the chicken parm pasta. Both dishes were absolutely amazing. The chicken was tender, juicy, and not at all overpowered by a finely seasoned sauce. My lasagna was stunning with a slightly sweet sauce that complimented the fish well. The little garlic bread balls were very good as well. I think maybe they were a tad doughy but I drank a lot of beer so. Anyway, fantastic experience. I would strongly recommend this locally owned franchise to my friends.

Ordered takeout. Detroit style pizza tastes great. We tried the garlic chicken which comes with chicken, tomatoes. The flavors were great. You can taste the garlic. The pizza was incredibly oily tho. The spicy wings were not bad at all, it had a variety of different types of chicken wings included such as drums, wings. The spinach artichoke dip was my FAVORITE. Super creamy and flavorful. The chips to dip are perfect. There are soft parts & crunchy, it's also seasoned really well. So flavors bursting from everywhere. You pick up your take out from the bar. The restaurant was packed for a Thursday evening (which is a good sign). This place is def worth it. The prices however for the Detroit style pizza is really high (understandable) but the portion is enough for 2-3 people depending on what else you order. Also wish they used less oil and had more healthier options for pizza like a vegetarian pizza.

We went for trivia night. That is always a fun time. The questions would appeal to the generation raised when taking the California achievement test was a measure of standardized scoring.

Though the piped-in music is just a wee bit louder than what allows for casual conversation, the service was excellent.

The menu is varied, but I think the pizzas seem to be their specialty. The pizza options could be wider. I ordered wings in two varieties, Parmesan and sweet heat. The wing sections were plump. That is the first quality of a buffalo wing, that the sections be large.(Buffalo Wild Wings could take notes about this, because their wing portions are so skimpy one might think they came from a Cornish game hen) For an entree, I ordered chicken Alfredo. The portion was huge, and would be great to share. It comes topped with a few Parmesan knots(a very delicious serendipity) I had unsweat tea with lemon to drink.

They had some beer on special tonight. The menu seemed just a touch more pricey than need be, but it wasn't anything that was going to set me back. But it does set the rating back a star. It was such a fun night, with the trivia and the company of folk I was with, that I didn't mind, too much. You do get a tremendous amount of food.

I love when I get to leave a review for a restaurant that is...

We live in Longview and we were trilled when they opened a Rotola's here and we went there at least once a week, but then it started going downhill. Pizzas started coming out dry with little to no sauce and when we complained, they added a little more sauce but charged us the price of an extra condiment. As for the staff, sometimes you got someone who seemed to have potential but when we'd go back, they longer were there and the person who waited on you, either had an attitude or had not been trained at all. After putting up with it for a while, we just gave up and quit going. Yesterday we had to go to Barksdale and on our way home, we decided to give the Rotolo's in Shreveport a try. The place was busy, but we could not have received better service from a guy named Javon. Great personality. My wife always liked the Vin Monster and I liked the Cheeseburger. Since the Cheeseburger was no longer on the dinner menu and we weren't that hungry, he said he could do half Vin Monster and half Cheeseburger. It came out piping hot and was delicious and we couldn't have had better service. W e will definitely go back when we go to Shreveport. Just wish we had a Javon here...

I'll give full credit that everyone is struggling with the lack of power and its causing both employees to be unable to work and restaurants with power to be slammed, so I'll start with that. I place an order for 530, 4 items. When I got there 2 were made and 2 were unavailable because of the power outage. Staff offered to refund the cost or make a pizza instead to replace it. I was told 15/20 minutes so I sat in the parking lot with three kids for 20 minutes. When I went back in 20 minutes later I was told it wasn't ready and they didn't know when it would be, but would bring it to my car. I called from the parking lot 40 minutes later to check, no having waited an hour for these pizzas. He said five minutes. Ten minutes later he said they'd just come up. I spent $50 and 1.5 hours of my life and got to go home with warm pizza and the first two items which had been sitting for an hour and a half and were cool and rubbery after the time (nothing against the fresh taste, its normally quite good but nothing tastes good after sitting in a car for an hour and a half). I would've appreciated an accurate time estimate so I could've just canceled the order and gone...
