Second try and last one!!! Worst drive thru service ever unless you get inside and tolerate the flirtation of employees... first time I try it my order was all messed up, different ingredients and nothing of the add on’s nor the extra stuff I paid for, unfortunately that time I wasn’t put it effort in check in my order right there since I was in a hurry... at that time I thought: well maybe they were too busy and they got confused... but today I decided to give it a try, WRONG!!! I went by the drive thru just few minutes ago (I’m actually loosing more time writing here) but get this: DRIVE THRU IS FOR PEOPLE WHO NEED A FASTER SERVICE, THEY ARE MAKING TO GO ORDERS AND IF A STORE OFFERS THAT SERVICE SHOULD RUN SMOOTHLY INSIDE WITH THE WALKING IN CUSTOMERS. WIN WIN... BUT NOT AT THIS LOCATION!!! MENU isn’t clear as far as names or numbers to order, although ingredients are listed. As soon as I said what I wanted, being unsure about the type of bread, (second time at DD) THE GIRL STARTED LAUGHING LOUDLY, AND TELLING ALL HER COWORKERS ABOUT WHAT I ORDERED: “Hahaha she wants an egg, ham and cheese bagel... hahaha” TRYING TO EMBARRASS ME WHIT THEM! I said hey, I’m not sure what kind of bread is in the picture... (they don’t run by names or numbers) She replied laughing still: “You can order whatever you want “ I SAID OK FORGET IT!! This is unacceptable being in a small town with a lot of tourist traffic, SHAME ON THAT KIND OF EMPLOYEES!! I rather starve or get other options SO DISRESPECTFUL!! This Dunkin Donuts is very small privately owned and its attached to a 7-Eleven which is also privately owned. Totally disgusting bathrooms.!. No hand soap and no toilet paper or paper towels. I used to manage a Dunkin Donuts in Boca Raton Florida at night, a 24 hours Dunkin Donuts we used to make donuts all the time. Unfortunately this Dunkin Donuts DOES NOT Make their donuts fresh.? Why? The yeast won't rise up here in this altitude so that Donuts are made in Denver, they only finish the Donuts - icing, sprinkles, jelly Etc. - finished up here in Silverthorne. Their employees are like 16 to 20, I think you know what I'm trying to say without me saying it. I was very disappointed with my many trips to this Dunkin Donuts, so much so that I do not go in Dunkin Donuts or the 7-Eleven anymore.... This 7/11 is disgusting anyways don't get me started on that one, overpriced gas - way over price Donuts! I mean two dozen donuts and two drinks pushing close to 40$ - way too much money! Messed up everything worse than a slapstick comedy. The experience was so bad it actually sort of makes me laugh. My girlfriend and I ordered croissant sandwiches and coffee, then waited while several people ordered and got their food/coffee before us. They didn't give a flying toss that we were still standing there, so we called out loud to get their attention. Our sandwiches were burned to a crisp. My girlfriends coffee was missing sugar. My coffee was so overfilled that it continuously spilled down the side, onto my hands and legs. We asked for a refund. Since they still didn't care that customers exist, they didn't ask if we wanted it back on our credit card. They just gave us cash. The cash had Canadian change in it... Have never tried a dunkin donuts breakfast before....
