The Shade Doctor repaired a very large motorized roller blind in our home; the motor wasn't working properly and the blind had come completely off the roller. I was ready to install a whole new system but Nick said if they could fix the existing blind then I wouldn't need to install a new system. I thought that showed great integrity that he wasn't trying to sell me a new system whether I needed it or not. So they repaired the existing blind and motor quickly and it is working like new.
