McDonald's — Restaurant in Simpsonville

We came here to eat, ordered our food, had to wait over 20 minutes for it. We literally ordered HAPPY MEALS, but all the workers in the back were very slow and kept doing drive through orders cuz apparently in-store customers don't matter. One worker lady with a backpack got off her break and went into the kitchen just on her phone, and theres plenty of people in the back to work faster and one lady in a black and white jacket said something about how theres people that are here to clock in, BUT WHERE ARE THEY THEN?? Literally a worker wearing a green shirt was talking to some old man, he said something about "taking her out". After we got our food, i took out the nugget box and for some reason it said "4" not 6, but they put it in the 4 box for some reason, but they put 6 nuggets in the 6 box for the other happy meal order which is weird. Ordering off the tap screens doesn't help much either because they take forever anyways to make your order. Also there's RARELY no one at the front to take orders. They also gave us free pie because our order took so long. This location just sucks and has the slowest staff...

It was the worst service I have ever gotten I stop there and get a mcchicken biscuit every morning well this particular morning I had my daughter with me and she asked for a water after we had paid So when I got to the last window to pick my biscuit up I asked the lady excuse me can I get a water and she looked at me and pointed her finger at me and said you need to do that before you come to this window because you’re holding up my line that you need to do something and then walked away then when I spoke to the manager because I was just sitting at the window when the manager came over and spoke to me he took her side and told me he would address how she spoke to me and walked away but I do need to say that a different window all over a water that was the worst service I’ve ever gotten two thumbs down for you guys McDonald’s the worst and I never got my water they told me there were no cups move up wow and I know nothing will happen to him or her they will continue to be ghetto and hood and nothing will happen shame I can’t even go to McDonald’s anymore Bc...

I debating leaving the review bc I mean do we really expect much more from McDonald's. But the other day i had a good experience but today not so much. Drive thru is long its OK I'm patient they take my order and slowy get close to the window. First window car in front of me pays at first window per usual. When I finally get to the window no ones there so I wait a min to see of they are gonna pop up. Then a red headed girl screams move up from the second window rude like. So I move up and the poor woman that's at the 2nd window (not the red head) was confused like she had just came on into caos. And she takes My payment Gives me my food but forgot the drink which is understandable for her situation. While I wait patiently after 15mins in drive thru. The red head is taking orders and said "to the second window I repeat the second window!" Rudley to the drive thru speaker. While I can clearly hear her but thay was never said when I was at the speaker! Finally got my drink. Total 25mins drive thru time. But I mean should we really expect more from...
