So check this out. Earlier I pulled in to purchase a pear infusion beverage with no ice in an XL cup. Now me personally.....I love getting my drinks with no ice so that I could get the most of the product I am purchasing for the money.
So I go for the available XL size. The young lady taking my order politely told me my cup will not be full but only a little over half and if that was ok. She also notified me no matter which cup I got, it wouldn't be full or even close to full.
No matter where I go....no matter whatever restaurant I go to whether fast food or any sit down place, if I say NO ICE I will get a full cup no matter the size. This is not a complaint but a service announcement to do whatever is necessary to make sure a customer's cup could be filled to the rim no matter if they want ice or not.
My question is.....am I paying for the cup size or the product? Help me out here guys. Let's give these customers what they pay for. I won't pay for 3-5oz of ice. I want that peach infusion please and thank you!

Just said that it wasn’t the right drink and was explaining that a cappuccino shouldn’t be full of milk when she...
