Five Guys — Restaurant in Slidell

Had a pleasant experience with the ordering and delivery of my food. However it is with great regret that I share the rest of my story with the public who spend their money at an establishment that treats a customer poorly and disrespectful after spending 15.00 on my order. Another customer parked too close to me and I couldn't get in my vehicle. I politely asked if she could please move over a little because I couldn't get in my truck after my order was ready. She stated that she would but after she's finished. So I said ok and went back to stand up by my truck thinking that she meant after she finished making and topping her drinks. But no I look inside and she's waiting on her order to be completed. So I went back in and asked was she seriously going to make me wait to get in my vehicle after her order was up and she said yes. I lost it and expressed she was being rude as I was parked here first and she blocked me in by parking to close to my truck. No one said a word so I decided to call the police. While waiting on the police outside I started taking photos of her car and license plate at this time she and a five guy rep comes out she gets in her car and begin to back up on me. The five guy rep starts yelling at telling me telling me I'm causing a scene in front of his business and he can't have that. I explained to him I'm waiting on the police to come and u couldn't leave after calling them out. He continues to tell at me saying I'm in the wrong here. I asked him where was he when I came and asked politely that she give me space to get in my car and nobody spoke up and asked if she would let another paying customer get in her truck and leave. After going back and forth with this guy who clearly doesn't know how to handle conflict and make resolution among PAYING customer's. So he too called the police on me and said I was disturbing his business and was refusing to leave after I had already told him I'm waiting on the police. Needless to say I will never patronize this business location again. I don't know if this young black male of a store representative favored his white paying customers over myself a black paying customer, who knows but he definitely took the side of his white customer even though she was in the wrong. But just let it be known that I make my living honestly and my money can spend anywhere in the world just not at this FIVE GUYS BURGER AND FRIES IN SLIDELL OFF...

Being a team member here sucks the managers treat they team members like slaves un human , they went their team members to do all their work because their managers they use that manger title to feel like their better than you when we’re all human , now all of sudden it’s a no phone policy or a write up and going to tell a team member they don’t care if it’s your mother or the president is shouldn’t be out a manager concern which is un human because it can be an emergency where i don’t have time to get a manager and have to respond to mother or anything you tell me im going to written up , when yall human jus as well as me and be on yall phones and it don’t be and emergency or job related they don’t tell written up, they start hiring people and want to start cutting your hours which is unfair wanna take you off and give you little to no hours but wanna call you to come in to use you when ppl call off or if they just short , the job itself is a good job it’s just the managers…… NOW my hours went from 19 to 14 in a week that’s literally NO MONEY at all the managers really only care bout they selves how im goin to take care of myself and a child with only 14 hours but they want you to come in there and work like a slave while they boss you around and tell you what to do while making no money , since that new manager switch over i hate everything...

My husband and I ordered 2 SMALL CHEESEBURGERS ALL THE WAY except mushrooms. Regular fries and large drink. We saw receipt showed 2 grilled cheese. We went to cashier and told him we wanted small cheeseburgers. Not grilled cheese. He says then you have to say ADD A PATTY. Told him wanted cheeseburgers. He Saud I will fix it. We get our meal. It is grilled cheese dressed with a hamburger patty. Go to tell manager. He said once we give you your food, there is nothing we can do. I said we are going to eat it because we are starving. But tell your cashier he needs to listen to customer better. His reply I better turn that radio down because that's why he probably couldn't hear your order. Food is usually good. But don't get hamburger patty on a cheeseburger... Really really...
