I love this place. The GM at this location is such a kind and wonderful lady! 9 out of 10 times I visit she is working and ends up serving me, even when I do curbside orders. The only reason I rate 4 stars is because of corporate reasons. The manager works so hard and is always there, for almost 2 weeks I went every day And she was the ONLY one working, yet I go to the Gause location and they have 4-6 people on staff? Corporate should step in and help her, balance staff with support from another location, offer her support so she has time to hold a hiring event (can’t interview and hire if you’re the only one keeping the store operational!) something.. This location is doing everything right and being failed by their superiors! (This is all my observation, none of this was mentioned by the manager, just things I picked up on being an EVERY DAY customer for months. You’re doing a great job ma’am I hope they reward you for it). Stop in and get some...
Read morePJ's Coffee has a very nice and modern interior at this location, but when you walk in, the girls who work here are very unfriendly. I waited about 10 minutes at the counter before I was greeted and my order was taken. I ordered a croissant and coffee, and the girl behind the counter gave me the croissant but forgot to include the coffee I had ordered. They take so long to acknowledge you and take your order or pay attention to the cash register, a robber could have easily scammed them, and they would not even notice because they're too busy playing double dutch in the back room. There needs to be an adult manager here to manage these poorly trained girls before this business falls apart. I will not be returning to this location where all of the workers are ignorant and incompetent. PJs Coffee can do a lot better than this for the money people spend on the overpriced...
Read moreThe coffee ( tea this time) is great. I did not order food this time but I've never had any problems with it in the past. Today my issue was with the absolute LACK of customer service. I ordered online - and yes it was ready when I came in- BUT both employees were sitting on crates when I walked in. I couldn't see them from the door. It wasnt until I got to the pickup area that I even knew they were there. No greeting, no questions about if I needed anything else.. they did not speak to me until I addressed them with a thank you. Then and only then did either of them speak. It was a polite- you're welcome, have a good day. At least that's something.. but Starbucks is directly across the street, can serve Me the same $5 tea, and actually has some customer service. Im hopefully that today...
