I have been to many Starbucks and I must say that the plans for this one need a re-think and re-evaluation promptly. First, the design of the parking was called a “built for designed”, meaning there is one way in and one way out so, the entrance for both parking and drive-thru is always congested, you have to wait minutes at a time in order to back out of your parking space because the drive-thru line is several cars backed up and it prevents you from getting out, which can be considered by OSHA to be a safety and fire hazard. Second, one of the workers had dirt under his fingernails when preparing coffee and serving it, which clearly is an OSHA violation and board of health worthy visit to check and adjust this stores compliance. Third, the condiment area is always out of regular sugar and when asked for the workers to get some, they act like it is an inconvenience. The parking is a MAJOR issue and I often see employees parked in customer spots, which they probably have no where else to park herego...give the employees a proper place to park set off the main parking space so parking isn’t so congested but honestly, Starbucks needs another entrance/exit for the respect and safety of their customer, who are the reason Starbucks has the privilege of turning on their “OPEN” sign each day. Read moreTook a while before the barrista came back on the microphone to ask our order he did as us to wait a moment but a moment seemed possible 4 min at least perhaps more then our drinks and croissants came out very slowly and one by one lol I could understand if the line was long or looked busy but we pulled right up and noone seemed to be in front of us at all so I'm not quite sure what the hold up was ...and I didn't see the new flavor of frappuccino they had which might of been something I did try expect it had no caffeine lol which is the reason I am wanted to go there initially ...and them we went pulled out our payment for 22 50 a $50 bill it seemed that it was a delima that they couldn't take it for whatever reason idk BC of fakes 50 going around or possibly he just broke shift but I again I've worked in Customer service fields before and there's a way to get more change in your register by dropping it from a safe or asking the manager or key holder in duty to get it out for U.....so things that us customers shoudlt. Read moreUnfortunately I have only ever had bad experiences at this location. I would keep going back because it's Starbucks and everyone has bad days, but no matter what it's always something. The morning staff does not seem to be able to handle the morning rush, ultimately making our drive-thru wait time unnecessarily long. They've charged my card at least twice for others' much larger orders than my own and then made me feel stupid when I come back in asking for a refund. They've even kept my card in the rush of the moment at the window and thankfully I realized it as soon as I drove away, but that was the last time I would go back. It sucks because that location is right by my home and I like the convenience of Starbucks. And no, it's not me. I've worked in the service industry for many years and am extremely understandable about a lot of things. I guess me and this location will never be in sync.
