Cant believe there are any positive reviews....but by the other 1 reviews I see I'm not the only one who's sick of this place. Ive never been fed up enough to write a review, and Ive been to the Princeton Hardees, so that should tell you something. Worst drive thru within 50 miles of Smithfield BY FAR. Normally (if you're the only car in line) they have you pay at the window then pull to the curb when there's nobody behind you. Ive always assumed there's some sort of timer management judges them by because it's EVERY time. If there are multiple cars, they have two pull up, tell you they will take your order in a moment, then make all cars wait to give orders when the first two cars drive off....ordinarily cars wait so long that they give up and drive off (as I and 3 others did yesterday). Today was the final straw for me. Still had a hankering for Arbys food after yesterdays unsuccessful attempt, so I tried again. After having to repeat/correct my order at the speaker 7 times, I was fussed at by the manager for saying my order increasingly louder each time I had to repeat myself (I guess maybe that's my fault for assuming that their speaker system was faulty after repeating it SEVEN TIMES). She accused me of being disrespectful to the drive thru attendant (who I never saw) and said, "she's new, she's just a child." I said that I didn't say anything ugly or insulting to her and she responded, "we could all hear you." When I asked "then why did nobody help her," she shut the drive thru window and started playing on her cell phone. Anyway, for being loud on the speaker I guess It's partly on me, cause the customer is not always 100% right (also they probably did hear me throw back my head and say an expletive while coving my face after the 5th time repeating my order)..but it doesn't change the fact that the Smithfield Arby's is consistently AWFUL. Poor training, poor management, half the time they don't even remember to put cheddar on the beef and chedder....it's a bun, beef and chedder....how do you mess that up? In all honesty, the "young girl," who I never saw sounded polite over the speaker and may have worlds of potential in life...if that Arby's doesn't completely screw her up. If it wasn't right on the interstate it would already be out of business, because the locals avoid it....except me, I'm the lone idiot who until now suffered their nonsense because it's the only place for roast beef nearby. Anyway, if you want a tension migraine to go with your fries, swing by Smithfield Arby's. They may upcharge for a large drink, but the headache and crappy service are free and...
Read moreI'm so upset with this fast food place I dont think I will ever go back! Upon ordering my food through the drive through the girl told me they were out of fries. When I asked of anything would be replaced with them being their out she proceeded to tell me they had fries. I believe it was because they did not want to make anymore because it was a hour before closing time but that's my personal opinion. After getting my food and bringing it home my chicken sandwhich was dry, hard and old like it has been sitting out. It wasnt even close to being warm. I tried calling the store but they dont seem to have a number that works. I called a different store in regards to get ahold of the manager. My best option was to take the survey on the back so I did and I still havent been contacted. I also emailed someone higher up and never got a response so at this point I'm done with the arbys...
Read moreI have not had Arby's in years but just started to have a craving for it for two weeks ago and I found out this location was close to me so I went.
I'm glad I opted to get a milkshake from cold stone though. I got there around eleven, an hour after they opened and had to wait a while for my five piece tenders meal.
Got home and the BBQ sauce cups were bent and dented. It's surprising they never bursted opened. The fries were the only good thing.
I felt like I was going to break my teeth on the tenders. I mean they looked fine. Golden brown and crunchy but they were tough to eat and chew. One of the last and biggest pieces when I tried to pull it apart it would just bend and twist. So I guessed they over cooked this when they first opened for the day or it was left overs from last night but if I ever have an Arby's craving I'll just go to the...
