If I could give zero stars I would! We submitted our mobile order at 6:07pm and arrived at the store around 6:15pm as we live right in town. We get to the store and try to go in to pick up the order as the app says and the door is locked. The girl just sitting down at the counter on her phone just points to the sign on the door that says āwe are openā and so after no one coming to the door, we get into the long drive thru line that we wanted to avoid. Hence why we chose the pick up inside option. We tell them we are picking up a mobile order. We finally get to the window and she gives us our drink with a sticker over top the hole and so we took the sticker off and couldnāt even put the straw in from the residue of the sticker. Then we wait and wait. Here it is 6:40 and we are still waiting for our food that we ordered at 6:07. Finally at 6:45 we get our food brought out to us. I almost called inside thinking they forgot. Our order was not big at all! When we get the food, itās not even hot. At least it was correct this time. Every other time our food is always wrong or missing something. Horrible horrible experience. MIND YOU ms jasmine never gave me a receipt to confirm my order was incorrect, which you would assume so since iām the customer! i decided to get a refund for my entire order because not only was i dissatisfied with my order and the food, but the service and the manager working. been to this taco bell over the years and it just seems to keep getting worse! not sure...

I have to go back and wait in the drive thru again to get my missing items and there comment is "oh well, here you go". No apology or anything. This time I decided to call the manager to express my discontent and she was less than receptive stating "what do you want me to do about it, we are short staffed and human. We all make mistakes." Whenever I tried to explain that all I wanted was for them to own their mistake and promise me she will speak with her staff about being a little more diligent about checking the orders before handing it to the customer, she constantly cut me off mid sentence and told me "well, you should of checked your order before you left."
