Jersey Mikes is the type of store where you will seriously think it's a mom and pop shop. I worked here for two years and I can sincerely say this is a very friendly place. The food is really good. I've tried pretty much everything on the menu and can honestly say this food is delicious. The owner is extremely passionate about this place, which is refreshing to see someone doing what they love. And yes this man will talk you ear off,but usually with interesting conversation. The staff that currently works there is very nice and they all come together to make sure the customer is happy. Not many customers see or know the little things that are done to ensure that they're experience and sandwich is great. For example, some people's sandwiches are memorized by the staff, the toppings and meat are placed evenly so that every single bite you get the same proportion of sandwich, they clean the slicer for veggie subs, bread is made daily, lettuce is cut daily, red tomatoes are cut daily, onions are cut daily, and the making of gluten free sandwiches is handled very very very seriously. You will see alot of reviews referring to birthday coupons, let me clear this up. Jersey Mikes Snellville accepts birthday coupons under the condition that: 1. You have your readily scannable and legitamate coupon that has not been previously used( it can not be faded or blurred out. A few months ago I noticed a drastic change with the customer service and the professionalism of the employees. So I started eating at the loganville location which is 15 minutes out of my way. Today I decided to give the snellville store a second chance and I couldn't believe how dysfunctional the crew operated. I was waiting in line for about 5 minutes until one of the employees possibly the manager (light complexion black female) told me and the rest of the customers waiting in line that it was going to be an extended wait. She stated to the employee behind the counter that the online customers had to be handled before we were. I understood, but it was unprofessional for her to express that out loud. But then she came and sat in the lobby browsing on her phone while she watched and gave orders to the only two employees running the operation without any help. Read moreVisited this store today at 2:45 pm. A young light skinned young man who wore glasses, took my order. I ordered the giant original Italian and the kahuna. After receiving my order, the kahuna was not the size I wanted. I wanted the Giant Kahuna. The young man who prepared the sub, said no problem he would make the other half, making it a giant. Perfect! I was prepared to pay the balance for a giant kahuna but the young man with the glasses wanted to charge me for another sub vs paying the difference. I said no, I’m not paying $3.00 more for a sub, if you can’t adjust the price, I no longer want the order. He proceeds to yell because I no longer wanted the order due to his refusal to make the proper adjustment. Other customers were there and told him he was wrong and needs to work on his customer service. After receiving my refund I went to the location in Tucker and received exceptional customer service!
