So I went there and I went inside to place my order. When I did the lady read it off to me. What she read off is what I wanted. However when my double cheeseburger got to me it was incorrect and when I stated that it was incorrect I got some smart mouth. I had to say about four or five times that it is incorrect. Then they finally asked me how is it incorrect? I said come here like 4 different times. Finally they came over to me and asked me how is it incorrect? So I explain to them that I said a double cheeseburger with the cheese melted Mayo shredded lettuce and extra pickle nothing else and instead I ended up with the double cheeseburger with shredded lettuce mayonnaise pickle and ketchup that is not what I asked for. So then the ladies going to tell me that's what I said when I know what I said. Then she said she's going to go get her manager so I told her fine go ahead that'll just make my day. So then the manager showed up integer really nice and really calm ask me what happened so I told her about how the the double cheeseburger was supposed to be and she said she going to have it fixed. That the lady probably got mixed up. She also stated that she was sorry. I also informed her that there were like 5 different people standing next to the McCafe machine just staring at me after I said it was wrong they stared at me and I had to say it like five different times before they finally said what's wrong? I then said come here and I will show you so one of them came over to me I showed them Ivan explained and yet I had one next to the frappe machine laughing I then looked at her and said it's not funny. Of course that did no good because after I said that to her she just laughed even harder. The one that took my order sat there and says you didn't say that was all you wanted on the cheeseburger and I said to her yes I did specifically say that. I then said to her maybe you just weren't paying attention. I do not appreciate number one having to repeat myself four to five different times before somebody comes over and helps me fix the problem and number two I sure don't appreciate people laughing at me okay if they're going to do that then they don't belong and any restaurant business. That was very unprofessional and very disrespectful and I did not appreciate it one bit. It was also very disrespectful and very unprofessional for a customer to have to repeat five different times that something's wrong before someone comes and helps. It is only thanks to the manager that my order got corrected and that it happened within a timely manner. Usually I can give me Donald's very high rating. But unfortunately I can't not this time. Read moreI remember going here when this place first opened and it was not bad but it seems like since then it has gone way down hill. I don't eat much fast food because most of it is junk but every now and then like today I have a friend that wants it or to bring him some by so I stopped at the McDonald's in Snellville instead of Decatur thinking that service maybe a bit better and that backfired on me I guess because the one in Decatur would blow this silly McDonald's out of the water in every category. I went through the drive-thru and I had two orders and was charged for and paid for them both in the first window with no problem. Got to the second window and got my first order and even told the lady I had another order and she brought me my shake from that order explaining that it had been a long day and then shutting the window. So I sat there for a while and I guess she had a young gentleman come to the window and asked me was there a reason why I was sitting there then I proceeded to tell him where I did not get my fries or chicken strips from my second order and I thought they were bringing it. He then asked me to pull up please while they got my other order together. So after asking for ketchup which they had none of I pulled up and waited another 10 minutes for the rest of my second order. Finally a young man came up and handed me the rest of my order as I said hold on because it probably wasn't right. I checked it and finally it was right to my relief as I did not care to wait much longer for a four piece chicken strip and small fry. This was a Sunday evening and maybe they. Read moreHorrible horrible horrible!!! Myself and friend placed an order in the app at 945 this morning. I get to McDonald’s and go through drive thru because I wanted a tea. I give my numbers for both orders and ordered my drink . She tells me to get out of line and get in a numbered spot to get my food. I told her I need my drink I just purchased. I pay and pull up to window. And only get my drink. It’s been about 10 min already. This young guy tells me well you did curbside and you need to go get in a spot. I told him I didn’t think I can pick up two orders from a curbside if it’s only one number. He told me no I gotta go get in a spot in order to get my food. I told him why I’m sitting right here by the door out of line. Why can’t my food come to me? The young lady asked me for my order numbers and I gave both of them to her what’s the holdup? The guy says I still need you to get in a spot and say I’m here. So while I’m talking to him, he goes in and comes right out with my food already bagged with the numbers on the ticket that I gave the young lady so what was the confusion. They were so bent on me getting in a spot and pressing. I’m here. They didn’t give me all my food.I didn’t get my hash browns w my 2 big breakfasts or my coke with my friends order.
