In-house Service: 5 stars. Our waitress was very very attentive and went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. They have people roaming the floor to make sure you have what you need.
Take out service: 4 stars. I had take out here during the week, as well as eating in on a Saturday. The take out system has a few kinks, mainly it's a number outside of the restaurant and if you need to speak to the restaurant the outside number has to connect you to them and that is not always smooth as sometimes the restaurant will just route you back to the outside number you just called. Also when you pull up it asks you to put in a number of your parking space, but there were no numbers on the parking spot, so I was worried that little detail would mess things up.
In-house food: 2 stars. I got chicken fajitas and I was very much underwhelmed . The portion size was small for 15.00. the chicken did not have fajita seasoning in it, it was just salt and pepper. This was almost criminal. The portion size of the chicken was small. There was no pico de Gallo served with the sides, just small amount of old looking lettuce, Monterrey jack, sour cream, and tomatoes. (Plain tomato). I was not impressed and don't think I will get this again. I got a house salad with spring mix. It is done well. I like it. Whenever I get salad out, I always wonder if they rewash the greens from the package, or do they rely on the "triple wash" of the original package. As an aside the waitress brought out my salad and gave me zero dressing. The person wandering the floor noticed it almost immediately and corrected it! Great attention to detail.
Take out food 4 stars I got chicken nachos and chicken and pasta dish. The portion size of the chicken dish is good. The sauce on the chicken and pasta dish was flavored well. It was wayyyy to much sauce on the dish. It was drowned. This dish needs two proteins. The chicken was not seasoned through and through, but was decent. The pasta was a little al dente for me, prefer it to be a little softer. I could taste the onion and pepper in the sauce and that is good. The sauce tastes a little like vodka sauce, but with a little more additives. Nachos, i would not get nachos to go, it's not fair to any restaurant. So I don't judge them on this. Get them in house, they we soggy when I got home. Next time, put the tortilla chip on the side. Portion size is good. You get enough of everything. I will say I did not enjoy the flavor of the tortilla chip. It was greasy, and not flavored. I guess they make them in house? This is a big part of this meal, so the tortilla chip(nacho) has to be good. If you make it in house, make sure it is not greasy and flavorful, if you buy it from somewhere, consider a different source. The garlic bread is fine.
Atmosphere: 4 stars. Outside is clean. Inside is clean. I would suggest that they get up spills quickly to lessen the chances of a slip and fall. People spill stuff, it happens. Just get it up fast and put up a wet floor sign. Inside is clean and booths are mostly spacious. Lots of TV's. Not too loud, at all. I think I saw two bars in there, one to the side and one directly in front. It is climate controlled, not too hot, not too cold.
Other musings: someone got Mimi's chicken bowl, but did not want the rice, so when ordering she asked if she could substitute another side for the rice like mashed potatoes. She was told she could, but it would be an upcharge to do so, she would have to pay for the meal plus a side of potatoes, even though they are both listed as sides. This did not make sense as potatoes and rice are both just regular sides. Neither is a premium side. Maybe be a little more flexible on this matter.
Would I come back? The jury is still out. Food on a Saturday , in-house, was not good. Food during the week for lunch, not bad. don't want to come in for curbside, bring it out. In house service is excellent, but people want a good gastric experience. It is good to have an option...

My overall impression of Miller Ale House:
This restaurant had been recently constructed in our local area so my friend and I were excited to finally have the time to try it.
The overall ambiance of the restaurant was nice. It was your average, sports bar with an energetic environment.
Upon entering we were greeted by a fantastic Host named Jayden, he definitely left a lasting impression on us for the remainder of the meal. Unfortunately, he was the ONLY highlight of our meal. We were seated at approximately 5:30, it would take a total of 10-12 minutes before we were finally introduced to our waitress. After meeting Jayden, we had high expectations for the service from our waitress. Unfortunately we were met with disappointment as our waitress made the bare minimum effort to assure we were having a pleasant experience. She would leave us alone for long periods of time, she would even ignore us despite her walking past our tables numerous times. All of that could be forgiven if the food was not as low quality as it was. My friend and I would wait 30-45 minutes for our meals, which we didn’t mind as we expected the food to be freshly prepared since it took an incredibly long time to receive it. We were wrong. I would order the blackened salmon with cilantro lemon rice, and a loaded baked potato (extra charge). My friend ordered steak and dumpling skewers with the same sides I had previously ordered. Our rice was hard and cold, it had been obvious they didn’t not cook it long enough. My friend had ordered her steak medium well but the outside was hard to the touch, also while being cooked unevenly (Some parts of the steak would be well-done, other parts would be extremely pink) Our espresso martinis were not served to us as advertised. We would have been more than happy to inform the waitress of the poorly prepared food, but unfortunately I could count on three fingers how often she approached our table. Three times of which was to not check on us, two times of which was to bring us two different checks. (After we had our dessert sent back and removed) We were hoping to end the night with a nice dessert, we had ordered the Ghirardelli brownie sundae . The arrival of the sundae was quick, but before digging into the chocolatey dessert, a single beard hair laid on top of the ice cream. We had sent it back to have it remade, which took an additional 15 minutes. Please remember we were sat at 5:30 PM, we did not leave this restaurant until 7 PM. The manager , a blonde woman in a striped blue shirt, seemed to be walking around, doing nothing. We watched as she checked on no customers, and we also were caught off guard when the cook himself came to apologize and not the manager. If you guys are looking for good food, Pleasant staff, and quick service, this place is not for you.
Overall, we were extremely disappointed with the quality of our food and the atrocious service. We will not...
Read more4/5 UPDATE: I spoke with a young lady Miller's Ale House Corporate who was very sincerely concerned about the repeated experiences we'd had and in light of all of the information below. She spent quite a while listening and after offering considerable apologies immediately issued a very generous "digital" gift card via email. It's very reassuring to know that even if you have to go all the way to corporate - someone actually cares!
4/2 UPDATE: Since leaving the review below on (3/10) I was contacted by the Manager, Megan Hill. Unfortunately the end result only added insult to Injury, After Several attempts to connect she told me she would contact me on Wednesday when she returned to work. By Friday when I still hadn't heard back I sent a final email. A couple days later she replied and we spoke on the phone. She offered to send me gift cards if we would be willing to "give them another try". That was two weeks ago and Nothing. The issues with this location appear to be coming all the way from the top. I am even more disappointed with this experience after speaking with Megan and wasting my time talking about the situation. Save yourself the hassle, empty promises, disappointment, wasted money and wasted time. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
Original Review Below----------
3/10 - We ate at Miller's Ale House tonight for the third and Final time. In the interest of time I'll spare the rundown first two experiences and just jump to tonight. We went Sunday to try the Prime Rib. Although we arrived early for dinner (4:30PM) and the restaurant was 70% empty, there was a 30 minute wait. When we were finally seated we immediately ordered the "Zingers" for an appetizers. 10 minutes later when we asked the waitress about them she said it would be 5-10 minutes. When they finally arrived the sauce (Parmesean Garlic) was dried to a dust and the chicken was rubber from sitting under the heat lamp for who knows how long. Now for the worst part. About 50 minutes after we were seated our entrees arrived (we ordered within 10 minutes of being seated) . 1 Prime Burger, 1 Chicken Parm and 2 - 16oz Prime Rib Steaks. The Chicken Parm was fried to a thin crunchy wafer. The pasta accompanying it was crunchy. The Prime Ribs outer layer resembled Beef Jerky - all from sitting under the heat lamp for at least 10 minutes based on my restaurant experience in my youth, likely longer. So if you want to wait an hour for crunchy, rubbery, chewey food at a premium price after spending 10+ minutes in the heat lamp window, this is your place. Otherwise spend your money at a real steakhouse and get a fresh, juicy steak for the same price in...
