McDonald's — Restaurant in Snohomish

This review is for McDonald's corporate headquarters. I go to this location for breakfast every weekday and another McDonald's for lunch every weekday. That's more than 40 visits each month. The employees are all wonderful, friendly, fast, efficient and get my order correct every time. I get asked to fill out the receipt survey to get the BOGO reward and I believe the employee gets some recognition also. So I've filled out these surveys from time to time. It's a great deal, better than the other deals you have. Thank you. HOWEVER, I've come to find out that I can only do 5 surveys per month. That's very interesting, I'm sure your hot shot lawyers are thinking of everything to mess with me I get asked all the time to fill out the survey. So it looks like since I can only do 5 surveys per month then I will only be visiting McDonald's 5 times per month. Big shot lawyers do the math. And remember to multiply my monthly visits to per year and then for the last 7 years I've been frequently visiting these 2 great locations . So this is ZERO STARS for corporate headquarters McDonald's. And all 5 stars for these 2 locations. Snohomish...

Absolutely horrible any time I ever go to the muckleteel McDonald's there is always an issue either with not getting my food order correctly or when I say plain on a mc chicken I seem to still get mayonnaise on it Anytime I ordered nuggets there are so hard and disappoand disgusting they taste as if they've been sitting in that heat oven for days and have just hardened and hardened over overtime and left him in there literally I have to state I will wait if need to in order to get fresh normal nuggets I shouldn't have to request this every time it should be a standard Turnover on your food that you're providing to the public I worked for McDonald's when I was in high school I know exactly how the turnover is and how much is made and what not I understand that each location is different but come on now who pays for something and your entire order is either wrong n or absolutely disgusting an so old that in the end you're really still hungry because you were not able to eat anything So they need to start focusing on what they're serving and providing to their customers the public I'm surprised they're still open...

Horrible experience extremely rude staf! If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered on the app and picked up at the drive through. Some how my order was canceled. Things were reorder no big deal. Then I wated.for over 10 min to receive cold food by an employee that had no time for me. Quickly handed me my food and left not return with the othe half of the order. I waited another 5 minutes and had to honk to get the attention of someone. I let them know I was missing my smoothies. When he returned with melted smoothies that look horrible, like they were made 15 minutes ago. Of course I asked to have them remade and the employee denied my request saying that they come out of the dispenser and he couldn't make another one. Then said I would have to drive around to have them remade... Didnt even let me finish and walked away! By far the worst customer experience I have had with this chain!
