This review is for McDonald's corporate headquarters. I go to this location for breakfast every weekday and another McDonald's for lunch every weekday. That's more than 40 visits each month. The employees are all wonderful, friendly, fast, efficient and get my order correct every time. I get asked to fill out the receipt survey to get the BOGO reward and I believe the employee gets some recognition also. So I've filled out these surveys from time to time. It's a great deal, better than the other deals you have. Thank you. HOWEVER, I've come to find out that I can only do 5 surveys per month. That's very interesting, I'm sure your hot shot lawyers are thinking of everything to mess with me I get asked all the time to fill out the survey. So it looks like since I can only do 5 surveys per month then I will only be visiting McDonald's 5 times per month. Big shot lawyers do the math. And remember to multiply my monthly visits to per year and then for the last 7 years I've been frequently visiting these 2 great locations . Read moreHorrible experience extremely rude staf! If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered on the app and picked up at the drive through. Some how my order was canceled. Things were reorder no big deal. Then I wated.for over 10 min to receive cold food by an employee that had no time for me. Quickly handed me my food and left not return with the othe half of the order. I waited another 5 minutes and had to honk to get the attention of someone. I let them know I was missing my smoothies. When he returned with melted smoothies that look horrible, like they were made 15 minutes ago. Of course I asked to have them remade and the employee denied my request saying that they come out of the dispenser and he couldn't make another one.
