Daly Diner — Restaurant in Snowmass Village

Food here is amazing, cheaper than most restaurants in the area, and in a great location. Some of the staff here are really friendly and helpful. I've had their breakfast Sammy, topiotio Benedict, buttermilk chicken sandwich, and nachos. Everything came out hot and tasted even better.

Definitely a must, if in snowmass!⁷

The bad, there is one server I've had twice that doesn't care as much as the others, and it shows. This individual gives me and my party little attention when I need assistance. In a party of 3, i got 2 menus and 2 silverware. My party had to flag them down multiple times to get anything even though there was only 1 other table of people in the restaurant. My food and beer were empty and I waited almost 10 minutes just to be acknowledged, and when they finally noticed I needed their attention, they came and took my empty basket/drink without asking if I needed anything else when I definitely wanted another beer and a side of ranch, so I got my check and left feeling like they only are there to entertain their friends.

update The individual mentioned above was working yesterday afternoon, October 5th. Same level of unprofesionalism. I sat outside for nearly 10 minutes and had to have one in my party get the guy to come outside and give us menus. After eating here multiple times, we already knew what we wanted, but the guy sets the menus down and quickly walks away. He at least took our drink orders before leaving. I asked for a side of ranch with my meal, and it didn't come out with my food. I reiterated it to the man and waited 5 minutes to get it while I sat there watching from my table him chatting with his buddies. Myself and another party member were completely out of something to drink, so we set our empty cups at the edge of the table thinking, more like assuming, the guy would notice, but he dropped off my ranch and walked away completely ignoring our needs so I had to flag him down again before he could rush back in to his buddies. This guy could learn a thing or two from the lovely ladies who are exceptionally friendly and courteous. I feel bad for anyone that wants a good meal but has to deal with the terrible service...

Four of us and our small dog came by looking for a place to eat on September 30th, 2024 after spending half the day at Maroon Bells. We were standing out front looking at their sign, best hamburgers in the world or something similar and were still undecided when a woman walked out and said, “this place has the best hamburgers you’ve ever eaten!” SOLD!! That was all we needed to hear and it was on. The fact that they allowed us to bring in our dog was awesome and a must that day. It was about 5 and It wasn’t busy at all and we chose to sit outside because the weather was awesome. We may have had to since we had the dog but it wouldn’t have mattered. Myself and my son in law ordered breakfast burgers, my wife got a steak quesadilla and I cannot remember what our daughter got but I do remember EVERYTHING was incredible! It was the first breakfast burger either of us had ever eaten and it was one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. My wife’s quesadilla was amazing as well and I tell everyone I know that they have got to go see Maroon Bells and then go here and try a breakfast burger. I look forward to the day when I can eat here again and highly recommend...

IF I COULD GO BELOW 1 STAR I WOULD. Received horrible customer service here, I was by myself I went in for breakfast, sat down, and waited on my food for a hour and a half almost. The food was OK, I mean it's hard to mess up breakfast right. I watched people come in after me and get their food before me and people sit down at the bar eat the same time as I did they were only at this restaurant for 30 minutes and I waited a hour and a half for my food. No one came over to explain, or come check on how I was doing, or where my food was, NOTHING I jus sat there and waited. Then on top of that because of horrible service, I didn't leave a tip, so the DALY DINER decided to give themselves a 5.00 tip I didn't authorize. I have my receipt 24.85 is the amount they decided to charge 29.85. FRAUD FRAUD. I contacted them they hung up and I couldn't get through again. IM NOT ONE TO CALL DISCRIMINATION. BUT IT SHOWED WITH HOW I WAS TREATED, even though there was a black lady working there, not even she came to check if everything was alright.
