The Crestwood Condominiums — Hotel in Snowmass Village

Stayed here for a week on a group trip. The best feature of the condo is it's slope side ski in/out near the gondola and village express lift - depending on which building you are in it'll be a bit more or less walk (we were in the Hickory building which is just steps away). There is a condo ski services center right by the slopes where you can leave your boots/shoes should you prefer not to walk in your ski boots at all. Skis can be left on racks there too and will be stored indoors at night (there is also storage right outside each condo).||The condos are ok, although being privately owned decor and furniture will be different. Most are designed for families - big master bedroom for the parents and small twin rooms for kids although there are rooms with two double beds (some in lofts with ladders). So if you care about bed size you'd want to make sure you get the right condo. Kitchen is well equipped. Gas fireplace is great and so is the gas grill out on the balcony. Three hot tubs - two near the reception and one next to ski services by the slopes - they open at 2pm and not too crowded between 3-4 pm. Our family has stayed at the crestwood many times over the years. The kids love the pool and the short walk to the village. My wife and I love how family friendly the property is and the variety of room types that are offered. Our most recent stay reconfirmed that we will be returning anytime we visit Snowmass. Ryan at the ft desk and the housekeeping crew were incredible!! After being home for over a week my wife remixed that she was missing multiple garments. I made the call to see if we possibly left them in a dresser drawer. Ryan politely answered my call and showed genuine concern that we may have left items during our stay. He promptly crafted a plan and informed me of what he would do. Created an expectation for him to call me back and then did exactly what he said he would do. My wife was thrilled to know her clothes had been found and would be mailed back to us. She then quickly was upset with me because I didn’t check her drawers 😂. Stay here. You will love it. We had a guys trip out here for 10 of us, and rented a 3BR + loft and 2BR condo. The condos were great. Peter in reservations listened to my request on number of beds we needed and got us set up perfectly. The location cannot be beat. You literally walk a few yards, depending on your location in the complex, and are right on the snow. And the service? 5 stars! We put in a request for an early check in on one of our condos - which is not guaranteed. Even so, when we weren’t able to get it, they gave us a gift card to the Stew Pot in town. I’ve never had a hotel or lodging compensate me for not getting a non-guaranteed request fulfilled. Shuttle service was also great, anywhere you want to go in Snowmass Village, they’re on it and super fast. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly, listened to your request and acted to quickly to resolve any concerns. Give this place your business, you won’t regret it.
