Stonebridge Condominiums — Hotel in Snowmass Village

Fabulous condos & service!! Our 1st time in Snowmass and took a chance on Stonebridge - so glad we did! Literally right on the mountain next to Village Express lift, ski in / out to our condo sliding door. Grill with gas hookup outside each condo door made it easy to grill steaks the one night we stayed in for dinner. Sleds for sledding readily available on mini slope again right outside condo sliding doors, made it so fun. Heated pool & 2 hot tubs on property were great after long day of skiing. Slopeside ski rental also right on site - Keenan was great. But what made this place so amazing were the STAFF - incredibly nice & so accommodating from the minute we arrived. Willing to take us & pick us up anywhere in the area at a moment’s notice - Clark’s for groceries, Treehouse for kids lessons, restaurants, shops. Special shout out to Tori at front desk - just amazing & so sweet!! Also to Cullen & Murph two of the drivers, again so nice & helpful. All the staff & drivers are fabulous, just can’t remember all names. Our flight home was cancelled last minute due to weather and Murph / Tori said “don’t worry we’ll take care of you” - and they did! Can’t say enough good things. Condos are slightly dated but clean & all you need for a great skiing vacation - full kitchens, smart TVs, etc etc. Coffee in room but also all day in lobby along with tea & hot cocoa. During my stay at Stonebridge Condos, I had the pleasure of staying in unit 801. This unit was well-maintained, with everything organized and fun decor. The space was quite spacious and offered all the essentials needed for cooking, relaxing, and enjoying a ski-in and ski-out adventure.

However, there were some features that required urgent maintenance. The oven did not function properly, and the heater was non-existent. Despite these issues, our stay was still enjoyable thanks to the overall quality of the unit. It’s important to note, though, that not all units are the same, and the service provided by the condos is crucial to the experience.

Unfortunately, we encountered problems with housekeeping, as our condo was not cleaned for two days. Additionally, the administration locks the check-in area every morning, which makes it impossible to leave through the reception early or to simply grab a cup of coffee.

I would like to commend the head administrator for managing the facility as if it were her own. Whenever we encountered a problem or if our room had not been cleaned, she quickly addressed the issue or even took the time to clean it herself. She was truly amazing and made a significant difference...

My wife and I stayed at Stonebridge last week for the second consecutive year. We specifically asked for the same Unit as it was so nicely furnished.|We received excellent care and service from many of the employees. The front desk staff were so helpful and friendly, especially Dale, Tori and Aaron. I was particularly impressed when Dale, rather than have us wait, transported us to various locations when the regular drivers were busy. Alphonse was also kind enough to take us to the Airport, which was a great extra service. Michelle, (supervisor of the housekeeping staff), checked on us throughout our stay to be sure we had everything we might need. I was so pleased that they remembered us from last year.|In addition, having Christy's Sports located on the Stonebridge property was such a convenience and Bjorn and Keenan were exceptional in getting us fitted into the right equipment. |While I am sure all of the employees are of this caliber, these particular individuals certainly reflect well on the Stonebridge organization. I hope the fact that I took the time to write this review is evidence of my genuine appreciation. |We look forward to returning "same time next year". ...
